I had planned my wife's 45th b-day and…
I had planned my wife's 45th b-day and we have low income and I picked row C for a very memorial day. I had a terrible situation with a patron and an obstructed view. I immediately wrote my concerns and I was so lucky to be helped by Jess. They not only heard my concerns and confirmed the validity of my concern, they were able to give me a credit to take my wife to have a new experience. It is so nice in this day and age to not only get what I deserve but to not have to jump through so many hoops and to be acknowledged right away makes me feel secure making a big purchase like this for our family in the future. Lucy was outstanding
Lucy was outstanding. I had cancelled an order and had not visited the site in some time. She stayed with me throughout and I had a new order placed within minutes. I will continue to use this service for all shows based off my experience with Lucy.
