I made an order on Nov 4th, 2024; today is Dec 21st, and the order has not been received, but they already sent three emails asking to provide feedback on the items sent.

I order my oil almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my order or any updates.

Fast shipping, strong fragrances, low shipping and great prices on fragrance oils!

Been almost a month since my order, it is still "awaiting fulfillment" status.

I've sent a message a week ago asking for an update or any communication on my order, but no reply has been given.

I've tried several other companies to get a fragrance oil with a true creamy, decadent, and sweet scent of marshmallow and they failed miserably. This is spot on! I hope they get more of this in different sizes back in stock soon!

The scent was great. Reasonably priced. However, the time it took to ship and receive is a red flag. I don't know their business model but it took 3+ weeks (5/30 - 6/24) to get my order. I can't afford to source product that has that amount of lead time.

Customer service is horrible! Communication is almost nonexistent. I rarely leave bad reviews. It’s been three weeks and still, my order is not here.

Love this scent! It’s light, refreshing, clean and uplifting.

Oils are great and sad to see one of my best sellers was discontinued. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. None of my attempts to reach out via email or Instagram have been responded to.
