Very sketchy return system, no email communication and currently still pending to hear back from them on the dress I returned. Also, return label and cost are not included in the online order, you have to pay that yourself on top of the 15% restocking fee. Very disappointing.

I had the pleasure of working with Azenette today. She was patient while one of the members of our party ran late and allowed me to look through dresses. She also had us look outside of the box and helped ua find the perfect gown. I look forward to returning with my bridal party.

I place a order for my daughter who competes. I place the order with customers service rep Vidya, she was sweet because she needed the sale. Once there was a problem with the order she was nasty and extremely rude when my daughter called. The dress arrived in bad condition the way the pack the dress in only in a bag. Vidya only can say I will offer 10%. She must work on commission. Honestly she should be fired how she talk to a customer.

I just want to say a huge thanks to New York Dress. I ordered a dress with only a week before the event and it had to be shipped to London. I didn’t think it would make it but express shipping was true to its name. NYD and Fedex were both super helpful. The dress was fabulous and such fantastic value. Thank you NYD I will definitely buy from you again. Highly recommended.

Ordered my dress through prom girl. My zoey grey dress was all every one talked about at African gala! I wore dress ZG31441. Definitely ordering more dresses. One thing for sure, all of my future gala dresses will definitely be ordered from here.

I had a wonderful experience. I called New York Dress and was looking for a dress for my sister who lives overseas. I had the pleasure of talking with Nicole, I explain to her what was my sister budget, she offer to email me a couple of style dresses. She was nothing but helpful and patient. I would go to her when ever I need a dress.

Great selection, great experience. Booked an appointment and had a great experience for my daughter trying on prom dresses. Nice show room with large change rooms and mirrors. Lots of selection and can order anything not available in stock.

Honestly , I thought I would have had a better experience at New York Dress. I traveled there from another state thinking I would find the perfect dress in their showroom. I was surprised to see how little inventory of dresses they had there and when you walk in you won’t be helped without an appointment. At your appointment your handed an iPad with their website logged in. Your asked to put in your criteria and dress size and pick from the iPad what they have in stock. Then they get the dresses from the back “if they have them”. Your better off staying in the comfort of your home and doing that! They don’t have a large selection of dresses in the showroom that you can look through and pick from. It was just weird and not what you might expect. Save yourself the hassle and stay home and order online from their website instead !

I ordered a dress thinking it was a designer one, based on the price paid and the name. When it arrived, albeit in good condition and promptly, I read a label saying 'Made in China'. This wouldn't have been a problem, except that had I wanted a Chinese dress I would have bought it from a Chinese website and paid a quarter of the price.
As for the dress itself, it was larger than expected, even though I chose the size according to the body measurements advised. The dress is not exactly true to the photo on the website either, so I will put this down to experience and be more careful with internet purchases in the future. Everything else was good, including the communication from the seller and the packaging and condition of the parcel. It was also delivered exactly a month after ordering which was fine for me.
