Excellent service from Newtons solicitors at Thirsk with our recent house move. We have used Newtons at Thirsk in the past and are always very impressed. We will continue using Newtons in the future for all our requirements and highly recommend them. From start to finish we were kept up to date with the progression of the process, never once having to contact them to ask how things were going. As usual we were looked after by Howard, who is always a joy to be in contact with. Along side Howard on this occasion we were also assisted by Harry and Kerri, who again could not be more helpful in the whole process, and so efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We are always very comforted knowing that we were in good hands, and we will be very well looked after.

Communication was spectacular whether written, verbal or electronic, absolutely everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had a very positive experience with Newtons Solicitors in Penrith during our recent house purchase.

We were originally with Butterworths Solicitors, who closed overnight just as we were about to exchange and complete, which made things unexpectedly complicated. A few other firms suggested we might have to start the whole process again, but Newtons were willing to step in at very short notice, review the file, and pick things up from where they had been left.

Denise, Peter and Catrina were all very responsive and kept everything moving while coordinating with the rest of the chain. Communication was clear throughout, and they worked quickly to deal with the outstanding issues.

Despite the situation they inherited, they managed to take over the matter and get us to completion in just over three weeks, 24 days in total, which we really appreciated.

Given the circumstances, we were very impressed with how efficiently everything was handled and would happily recommend Newtons Solicitors.
