Extremely poor service. Received the wrong items and chased them for weeks asking to return them and get a refund. Emails ignored most of the time. Dpd came once to collect wrong items but didn't even knock then claimed no one was home. NE workwear didn't even email to ask about this. Still haven't got my refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I ordered 16 polo shirts from this company on black friday from a fb ad, it was easy to email my enquires with quick replys to my questions and a good understanding of what i needed , i was told a lead time of two weeks for the delivery, well lead time of one week shirts arrived , great quality just what we needed the girls in our company all happy.
