No Part exchange involved, so once the price was agreed with Graeme over the phone (subject to viewing & test drive), it was all done very smoothly. Don't be put off by the distance if you live a long way from them...I caught a train from Redditch to Aberdeen the day before (£56), stayed overnight in a Travelodge by Aberdeen Airport (£38) and got a bus next morning to Newmacher Motors (£6.50). The Audi A1 (for my daughter) was all ready to go as promised, 12 months MOT was given as part of the deal. The car was presented in an extremely clean condition and had just been valeted by their own staff. They even cleaned the front brake pads & balanced the front wheels, which was a pleasant surprise. I never buy any car without a thorough test drive lasting at least 25 to 30mins. and luckily the location allowed me to get the car up to 70mph on dual-carriageways close by. Test drive over, Shonaid was very helpful with all the paperwork and making the payment by Bank Transfer. The only 'hicup' was that one of the key fob batteries was low, but this was soon rectified as Graeme's dad (Bryan) who had some spare batteries, and it was done in 5 minutes. No 'hard sell' start to finish and very nice people to deal with. Would very much highly recommend them. Tony

Just picked up my car from Newmachar Motors , I test drove it last week and did the deal , after getting the paperwork sorted out and my reg transferred I travelled through to get it yesterday , Great customer service, very polite and no pressure to buy , the car had 6+ months of MOT on it but they Mot'd it for a full year , Still another 7 months of warranty on it . Would certainly buy from this Small family run garage again , ***** , it's a 5 from me

This was our first visit which resulted in our first purchase from Newmachar Motors and I’m sure wont be our last. We received excellent, friendly service from predominantly Brian and also Graham and Shonaid with absolutely no pressure for a sale. Very accommodating letting us test drive the vehicle more than once and staying back late in order for us to do this. Really delighted with our new vehicle and chuffed to have received warranty on it too. Would highly recommend.

Recently visited new machar motors for a investigation and repair
I had purchased the vw amarok from them previously and took out a 2 year extended warranty.
This is the second time that they have carried out the work under the warranty. They were able to pinpoint exactly the issue and replace the parts with out issues and had my car returned within a few hours.
This small family run business certainly knows the value of great service.

Booked my car in for an MOT test, but due to illness was unable to take the car to the garage. Brian very kindly came to collect the car at short notice and delivered it back the next day. Admittedly only a few miles, but still time out of his working day.
When I purchased the car last year Brian told me he looks after his customers, well he certainly does!

Having tried to contact Pentland land Rover Aberdeen for new smart key batteries -two phone calls, messages left and no reply I went to Newmachar motors who replaced the batteries and tested them all within five minutes. Excellent service. I will be giving Newmachar motors more business in the future.

Bought a corsa from Newmachar Motors in December last year. Car was in great condition, everyone there was very friendly and although I had a difficult part-ex situation to deal with, the staff were still very helpful and understanding.

Battery needed changing after a month which unfortunately wasn't covered under their free warranty but that was to be expected of a 9 year old car anyway. Great pricing and after-care was great too when I had a small concern with the car, they were happy to help.

Finding a good car dealership is a hard thing to do and if like me you don't appreciated the poor standards set by the larger so called well known dealerships, look no further. Had a great experience and just thought I should share that; it's too easy to just post negative comments all the time. So thumbs up and five stars it is.
