I ordered two dresses in June, only one has come.
I can’t get a hold of the company to ask were my dress is.
And the dress that did finally get sent to me was not what I ordered!

I E-MAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 TIMES TO GET RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND ALL DRESSES FOR REFUND....NO RESPOND,NO NOTHING.STILL WAITING FOR MY LAST DRESS....I LOST ALMOST $150.00!!!!! NEVER-NEVER-NEVER WILL BY OR RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYBODY....... BAD-BAD-BAD SERVICE.DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY....
Bought two dresses, received them more than a month later and the quality is CRAP! I sure learned that you get what you pay for... However, I of course want to return the dresses and get my money back but surprise surprise the won't answer my e-mails, my chat on Facebook and I can't complete the form on their website since I'm not getting the security code correct. (It IS correct but I can't submit the form). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Just to share with all people that this website is just the new name for the gracybee dot com which has a terrible 1 star review!!
I found this browsing the pages on newlikey dot com searching their contact phone no or address to verify their identity (which I couldn't find of course),
Then I noticed their Return & Exchange page where they have forgot to remove the name "Graycybee" from beginning line of the page if you check (before they see this review and know their mistake and remove it!)
"Thank you for shopping at Gracybee. Our online shop provides unique fashion product from our ......."
So this is 100% new name for same problematic gracybee dot com website!!
