Not sure why people FALL for such a scammy, cheap CHINA made company. All they can offer is you is. bag of BS, bow tied with LIES... People no linen and high end clothing especially that is handmade, as they claim CAN be sold for pennies! Please wake up and dont waste your time and money for all these Chinese companies do is steal ideas and photos blatantly from designers without their knowledge and sell cheap knock offs... If I could give this company no stars I would. The product is not what it describes. It states their return policy is as easy as 1-2-3. No, what they meant to say was taking your money is as easy as 1-2-3 but after that, you are on your own.

Made it appear as if the shorts were canvas or some heavier materials, but what I received was a thin polyester with a faded print. If there was a way to return them for a refund I would. This business is a total ripoff.

This company is a rip off! They claim to be selling T-Shirts (which everyone knows are cotton-based) - yeah well like Temu - you will get that polyester material crap with a faded print. Not only that but there are strings that are everywhere on them and it makes them look like they aren’t made well and will fall apart the first time you wash it! The earrings are super cheap looking and undefined stamp look into some kind of cheap material. Do yourself a favor and save your money because I have to wait 5-7 business days for my “return application” to go through and let me guess by that time it will be too late for returns?!?!? I ordered it June 28 and it’s almost the end of July - so shipping was also slow and ridiculous!!!! Can’t seem to attach pictures to this review- but I can if you need me to! These products are awful! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! You have been warned!

A bunch of crooks. Runaway. They take the order and money and don’t send the goods. So… after I waited a few weeks I emailed to cancel the order. Lo and behold they shipped the items. When the arrived I’ve never seen such a load of junk. These are made for people with very very short arms and a reasonable sized body. Complete junk and they won’t give the money back. Just don’t. Just run away.

Ordered 3 shirts, all of which were atrocious quality (thin material, with the pattern very blurred like it was made with a cheap printer running low on ink). Got the runaround for weeks from 'customer care' offering just vouchers for additional purchases. Eventually was told returns must be sent (at my expense) to China, after which I never got further replies. Their Facebook page has an administrator message from Meta warning it is about to be removed due to false advertising

Their website clearly says they accept returns, but when you attempt to return, you just get the run around. Here is the reply I received when I emailed about a return for an item that didn't fit. "Thank you for the feedback and Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with it. Since all returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer. Due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. Would you mind accepting a 15% discount coupon and keep the items? Please let us know. Have a good day"

Completely false advertising-what I received was nothing like what is pictured on the website, and my concerns were addressed with an offer for a coupon. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely a rip off. My order finally made it to my house four weeks after my payment was debited. Out of four items (a hat, 1 shirt and 2 pairs of shorts, only the hat is up to par. Everything else is made out of cheap synthetic fabric made God knows where, as none of the items had a label describing its nature, origin or washing instructions. The colors and cuts were also a far cry from the deceiving ads Newevers runs on Instagram. Big waste of time and money!

False advertising, product not as advertised, sizing totally wrong, fabric cheap synthetic, not linen. Colour also wrong ordered navy blue, received a bright blue.
Tried to get a refund, but spun me a tale of having to return to China, at my expense! When it is clearly a scam, selling from a photo, but sending a totally different product. Very dishonest company.

They don’t provide what is on the website. One star is too generous. I would give them no stars. I ordered sweaters and received silk screenings on cheap material. Horrible. I ordered at the end of December, I finally received them at the end of February. I have to send the product back to get my money back, but I am out shipping. Don’t order from them.

I ordered an item for a gift Jan 18th...didn't receive until Feb 14th. VERY POOR QUALITY! Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. Have given me a run around about returning. Wanted to give me coupons to purchase more items instead or refunding. Will not let me return to return address in Los Angeles, CA. Have to send to China and the process is rediculous. So no it's going in the trash or to goodwill. BUYER BEWARE!

I too wanted to return an item that was not as pictured. It took over a month for them to finally get back to me. They offered initially a 15%coupon then upped it to 20%. I told them I didn’t want a coupon it wanted my money back. I got the same story about sending back to China. I told them to keep their coupon as I would not be ordering from their company again!

Easy to choose from a lovely range of products in a choice of colours and sizes. Can't wait to receive my order!

The product I recieved was nice but was way too small. I requested a return/refund . Their website says "At newevers, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied" I was within the 14 day time period for returns. This is was I was told; "Since all returns need to be sent to China. The freight incurred by the return shall be borne by the buyer. Due to the long time and high cost of the return handling. Would you mind accepting a 15% discount coupon and keep the items?"
Long story short - after several attempts with them they offered my a 30% coupon to pay to return their merchandise to China AND no money refunded!!! Why would I want to purchase more merchandise with a company that doesnt stand behind their printed return policy!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Placed an order on 31st January.
I have emailed 4 times to ask what the hold up is. No reply.
I get the feeling I've been scammed.
