Williams T Shirt
This was my first purchase and nearly everything went well. The T shirt was delivered on time was good quality and fitted perfectly. The only slight downside was the tracking went wrong and informed me that the delivery had been made the day before, but a phone call to your Milton Keynes office and a very helpful lady put my mind at rest telling me the parcel had only just left Belgium.

Outsourcing, poor sizing, poor quality control
Outsourcing, poor sizing and poor quality control. I've been collecting these hats for over a decade now and the quality control is abysmal, the sizing is awful. Hat sizes that used to fit me is gambling now and I am anti-gambling.
So I have to hope a wish that the hat (that is my head size) will fit me when it arrives, because they are so inconsistent with their sizing.
I'm at the point where I've decided I'm going to stop wearing hats altogether and stop supporting this company.
I have a hat from 13 years ago and the fit is perfect, hats bought now in the exact same size are either too small or too large. It makes absolutely no sense and I'm tired of their customers accepting these business practices.

The New Era online is to be avoided
The New Era caps are beautifully made but I definitely wouldn’t buy online again. The m/l was too small, the l/xl was in one case a bit too big and another case massively oversized. I’ve lost nearly £12 in shipping not being refunded and it takes a month to get a refund. I do like their hats and in store I found an l/xl that fitted perfectly, but online it’s a disaster which left me out of pocket.
