I ordered a dress, and it was delivered fast and nicely packaged. Sadly it didnt suit me but it was so easy to return! I decided to exchange it for a different style dress. Not great clothing for the price
I find the quality of the stuff really not worth the value. It just doesn’t fit properly and the sizing is not very good.

Such a comfortable dress
My order arrived quickly. I had ordered a dress for a wedding which I am wearing today. It is so comfortable. Love it. The colours are fab & I feel so good in it. Would recommend & will definitely buy from this site again.

A great shopping experience
The clothes are beautifully cut, designed and finished. I'm so happy with the two dresses I ordered but it was the customer service that made the experience excellent.
Alice, Simay and Emily B couldn't have been more helpful when there was a self imposed issue with my order.
My only advice is if you see something you want in your size get it quick as things sell out fast!

One month and no answers from customer service
I’m extremely disappointed. I have made multiple orders with no problems. However, I made my last order on 8th May, and I still haven’t received it. I opened a ticket, no response. I received an email asking if I like the product. I replied I haven’t received it, they said they were looking into it. I’ve followed up multiple times and nobody replies. I have €180 of order that I don’t know where it is and if I will receive it and no way to get my money back.

So disappointed with the last few items…
So disappointed with the last few items I’ve received from NFD. I have ordered in the last few years, numerous dresses and own 5 of their cardigans. The quality has been great. The most recent purchase was the paisley balloon trousers and top. Looked beautiful on the model and I particularly loved the wide flowing long sleeves. When the items turned up I was so disappointed that the cuffs of the sleeves were elasticated! Nothing like the picture and the fit was terrible. I returned the items and feel that the items were advertised on their pictures incorrectly. Very peeved that I had returned an item that was different to picture and had to pay return postage. I do think the quality has gone right down. Very disappointing for a brand I have loved for years
