Never ever buy from them- they are frauds. Not only I never received the order that I ordered, but they lie and promise that they will send and they never do. I wish I read the reviews, so don’t do the same as me. This type of companies should not exist!!!

I order 29th of August and was aware of the 10-14 days turn around time but I wasn’t notified that the order went through, i started emailing as i became suspicious. I had my eye one outfit for a year coz I wanted it for my hens. I followed up by email and then to insta got reply from email saying a new one would be send not the first or second package came. I am still waiting and now I have now no outfit for my hens and down 100euro. Do not trust them. I should have Read the reviews as I would have been 100euro better off and an outfit for my hens. There has been no option of refund and I asked as last resort nothing. Everything is silent. England to Ireland shipping shouldn’t take nearly 2 months and with no updates

Have sent numerous emails. Recieved one refund back of £9.98 to my card which I paid for postage. The other was £45 that was on a gift card because I had to send an order back previously and couldn't just be offered a debit back to my original form of payment. I the made an order in may with the gift card. Never recieved the order and still following up since 29.07.2024 where they were looking into having my card refunded for the amount.

Ordered on 2nd July and still have not received my order or confirmation and it is 14th September. I have emailed customer service not heard back at all went to check the company and it had changed name. Emailed the new name customer service on 1st September and still have not heard back. Do not buy from this company!!

Do not order! I placed an order on 2nd August and to this date have still not received the item. Emailed them on the 14/08/2024 and was told it took 7-15working days from the date of order. It is now past 15 working days and I have still not received any information about my item being delivered .

Terrible company. Customer service is a shambles. Failed to provide a refund after 2 months (should be a 3 day turnaround). Surprised no one has reported to trading standing. I certainly will be.

I order a jacket in 14th November and it is now the 26th February and still never received it or a refund. I have emailed them multiple times and not replying. She told me it was posted before Christmas which was a lie. I paid with a uk bank account. Which should have been easy for the refund. I did ask her to post to the USA( I paid extra for postage to USA) if that was the issue she could have posted it to the uk.# update it is now April 02 and still never got no reply back or a refund

Rude communication and clearly don't have the patience or know how to talk to a customer. 13th of July I bought a total of 344 pounds of clothes for my trip which is today 24th of July, the first thing I saw at the top of the site was that the office was closed so nothing would be shipped between the 13th and 17th of July, I went to the best sellers and added a few pieces and paid, once I got the confirmation it said it could take 7-15 days SOME ITEMS as they were made to order, I was clearly worried and saw that some items I chose were co order. My English is good but I'm not fluent and I also thought that this delivery period was for deliveries outside the UK as everything within the UK is fast and the store is from here. On the 19th of July (only 1 day after they started processing the orders) I contacted them saying that I had a trip and that I was worried about not receiving my items and if there was a possibility that we could cancel the items that were not made and send only what was in stock but if they couldn't it wouldn't be a problem as I would return the products and ask for a refund (refund or credits as they say on their website as I already knew). They replied to my email asking that they didn't know why I was confused if everything was clear on their website, a super strange tone, it seemed that I was a child talking to my mother and taking a pis* from her, the only thing missing in the email was them to say was "are you blind? didn't you read the website?" but of course they didnt write this or would burn their reputation but this is how the email they sent to me felt like. Completely out of patience or willing to try and help in any way, separate the orders and try to send what was there. Yesterday I contacted them again asking if they could send at least the 4 pieces that were ready and they were once again rude, replying that they had already explained this to me a few times, to me read the website that the delivery time was under the product, for myself wait and etc. Tired of the neglect and the way they see themselves communicating, I replied that there is no need for such rudeness, impatience and that their treatment of customers was disgusting after that like a MAGIC PASS they decided to send the products at the same time. Now explain to me, why all this? I explained that I was traveling and they already had the parts in stock that could have shipped last week or at least be polite and explain things. Detail: I found several of their products in other stores for half the value, which is a great regret for having spent in this store to receive shi* treatment.

Update: Just saw this extremely brazen response saying I emailed them every day for a week which is a lie, this shop is clearly not professional as I explained on their website it said they weren't in the office until the 17th so thats why I sent a message on the 18th! I was polite to them from the beginning even after they were impatient with me. I got in touch on the 18th precisely because I received a confirmation email saying that the Co orders would take a while to be ready and if it would be possible to send the items in stock since both me and the store are in the United Kingdom. Apparently they don't like answering or helping customers, they are extremely impatient, I contacted them 2 or 3 times to ask different possibilities and they answered emails clearly annoyed. In the end they said they would send the clothes that were ready and would refund the rest but I never received any clothes or even a tracking number, they didn't inform me either if they decided to cancel everything and they will refund the full amount.

update: This store must be living in a parallel reality and I really wanted it to be possible to upload screenshots of the emails here, I don't mind if they pass to their legal team and I don't mind not receiving the clothes as long as I receive my refund , I was told that part of the clothes would be shipped and part would be refunded (usually 20 working days) but I have not received the items or been told about full cancellation, it has been over £300 spent and I would like my money back in instead of having to wait months like I saw happening in the other two reviews.

Update: Almost 3 months passed by and my refund which should happen with 20 working days never returned to my account.

They responded quickly very helpful amazing quality, would definitely order again.

This company is amazing 🤍 from speaking to them about sizing, to what would be the best option for me to ordering and receiving the items have been amazing not one thing I could fault 🤍 the best quality material and the staff working for the company including the owner go above and beyond 🩷

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered an outfit for 92 dollars March 2nd. Still have not received said items, it’s been past two months. I only got excuses excuses when I inquired about the items through email. They even advertised the same outfit on their IG page stating it’s available after my order was never shipped out. No contact to speak to an actual person. A refund takes 7-20 days if when the item has not been mailed out. You did not take 7-20 days to take the money from my card did you??? DO NOT ORDER!!! I am reporting NeverBasic website. They are below basic.

EDIT: No one harassed you, we are in different time zones, you are not obligated to answer at 1am then call it harassment, you chose to answer at that time. Again… making excuses for an order that was not resolved in over two months is poor service. Learn from this, send the refund and move on. Saying you’re pregnant repeatedly does not make it any better. This order was placed by a hard working teenager so you can keep the excuses. DO BETTER!

Well what can I say, I came on here to write an honest review as I feel like the service I recieved was actually above and beyond, the quality and price compared to others first off is right up there, I order a lot of clothing online and have seen alot of “Qualities” let’s just say Never Basic is setting the mark, the 2 piece outfits they do are unreal, had a little issue with sizing a couple of weeks ago, and they sorted it out for me almost the same day, will be ordering alot more thanks guys 🖤
