I bought a parasol base but when it arrived there was no bolts to assemble it. I rang to inform you of this and was told they would be posted next day. I rang you 5 times and then was told that you do not supply the bolt to attach the pole holder, only the screw to stop the pole from turning and that it would be posted next day, that was over two weeks ago.Still has not arrived. As I purchased the base on 23rd June, do you not think this is appalling service by yourselves. I have had to buy bolts myself so I could use the parasol while the weather is good.I have advised my friends and family not to deal with your firm at all cost because of the poor service I received.

I ordered a goal from them and mistakenly ticked 2-4 days delivery, in my rush that would have meant my son wouldn’t have it for his birthday.

Great service, next day delivery, kept up to date on the parcels movements and notified when it was delivered. Product is great ! Seems very good quality and value for money, being height adjustable is perfect too will see him as he grows . bought for my sons 10th birthday, he is absolutely delighted with it. He already thinks he’s Michael Jordan.

Fast delivery, great product!

It appears that either dispatch was slow or the courier is poor. Tracking still showing courier is waiting for parcel. Ordered on a Monday morning with selected delivery expected Friday. Friday arrives with still no tracking info, extremely poor considering the total delivery cost was £27.45

Always top quality products at great value, use them a lot for our Sunday league team from team wear to equipment. Recently had an issue with a product which was sorted very quickly and a replacement sent out - thanks to Abbie for dealing with this swiftly.

Forza allowed me to return an item that was past its 14 day period and were very flexible as id just re ordered and spent more money for the right size item very pleased with then service would recommend them as a company

For anyone thinking of purchasing high nets for gardens I would absolutely not recommend. .
We ordered the 10ft high by 20ft wide. The package arrived well packaged but the material seemed quite flimsy. The instructions were non existent, however, after watching a YouTube video we put it together easily. As soon as we stood it up we realised how flimsy it actually is. It was swaying and rocking all over. Because it has wide base feet you need A LOT of room around the net so it was basically stood in the middle of the garden, bare this in mind if you want it to stand in front of your fence.

After about 20 mins we took it down and sent it back. The main points being I don't believe it was safe, it was swaying and rocking all over - I wouldn't want it to fall on the kids in the garden.

The website states they refund standard delivery for returns and encourage sending your item recorded delivery

We have been refunded £168 after 2 weeks.
After disputing this the company have advised, in their small print, which I always find quite deceiving, that they do not refund you your original delivery cost.

So in a nutshell, it cost us £50 to send it back recorded delivery which they encourage but don't refund and they also dont refund the cost of the actual original delivery.

So that's £60+ we are out of pocket.

We have purchased a net of better quality from Amazon and fixed this to the fence which cost us £100 for the net and materials. It looks better and seems a lot safer.

Brilliant customer service from Abbie. Helped with my delivery and got us sorted for our weekends game. Website easy to use and easy to access what we needed!
