Delivery date given as "By Friday 4th Semtember." Now pm on the 5th and still no signs of a delivery. No emails or messages after thr original order confirmation to say whether its even been dispatched yet. No option to track parcel either.

Super fast delivery
Placed my order about 7:30 in the evening with next day delivery (thinking it would take the next day as the first day due to time of order) the items were delivered the very next day. Very happy. Very well packed as well.

Terrible service, wrong product
So far, terrible service...
I ordered a waterpolo ball and "the package" arrived so many weeks after I place my order and it wasn't even what I order or even closed to, it was a swimming suit, the package had on one side a label of my name and on the other side someone elses name, I have tried reaching out to return that and actually get what I order and I haven't heard back from anyone, the phone number on the website sends you to a machine and no matter the number that you choose it ends up hanging up on you. Extremely frustrating. Feels like a scam.
Also, the order says that after a month you can't return but if they don't reply how can I return?

Prompt dispatch of the initial order. A problem occurred with one of the items - this was addressed and replacement provided quickly and effectively. Abbie in customer care went out of her way to make sure everything was resolved correctly.
