Never shipped the product and getting the refund has taken weeks. I'm starting to worry Network Hardwares is a scam.

Purchased 65" TV in August 28. I was told it was in stock and it would ship in 2-3 days by customer rep Tunc Koker. It is now October 19 and it still has not been shipped.

BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! THIEVES!!!

Network Hardwares is not a business, it’s a SCAM. They are CRIMINALS.
They’ll rob you of your money. They will NOT send you the goods. They’ll string you along endlessly. They won’t give you your money back.
I have reported these criminals to the FBI, CIA, and I’m going to take further legal steps if they do not give me my money back within the next 48 hours. These criminals need to be removed from trustpilot and I’m going to make sure that trustpilot is going to remove them from this website. Their reviews are FAKE. Only the 1-star reviews are real.

In short, stay away from these con artists.

Horrible! Purchased over a month and a half ago and still have not received. Barely any response from support. Have been told delayed by warehouse multiple times. Seems like they are just stringing me along and don’t respond when I ask for a refund.

This review for outside orders not USA, this company have a really slow response and even no response at all unless you poke them.
In my case, first my ordered got delayed saying there is an issue in the warehouse, then after weeks sending I have received the product and it was the wrong model, I have contacted them very slow response and no solution till now, every time I had to remind them of the issue and no solution.

Which mean better to order from your local vendor than them. they are not worth the trouble.

Fraudulent Company

My item never shipped and when I was told I would receive a refund the money never came back, I am now waiting for my credit card company to help resolve the issue.

I ordered CPU. I cancelled straightaway because of location USA to UK. I should get my refund within 10 working days. It is 20 working days now and still nothing. I keep sending emails. Got last reply couple days ago. I thought it should be priority to get this resolved asap. I am already being charged fees from my credit card as I had to order another CPU. I tried to call you, no success, again charged as call between uk-usa. How not to get angry?

I placed an order for a rack mount UPS on the 11th, I paid extra for shipping that indicated it would arrive on the 13th. I saw no movement or updates so I emailed but received no response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a holiday in Canada. I followed up via phone and email on the 15th and 16th but received no response.

Looking on reddit and recent reviews here shows they are a scam. The deals on their site that are too good to be true. They get people to spend their money and then go radio silent. I have made 1000's of purchases on my Credit Card and this will be my first charge back.

Ordered and paid for Monoprice Select Series 14AWG Speaker Wire on 9July 2025. I have never seen it !! And, despite many emails to Network Hardwares Customer Services I have had no response what so ever. Not even an acknowledgement of the issue. This is terrible. A significant amount of money had been lost. Based on this woeful experienece I suggest you do not use this company. Find a reliable supplier.
