Scam! Ordered online and paid. Never got a response and they don’t answer calls or emails.

do not waste your money from this place see the BBB rating. They take your money for product and then GHOST you. SCAM

Sept 25th: Contacted them regarding a delivery that was overdue, but was told they had an issue with their warehouse & my order would be dispatched within a further 14 business days.

Sept 30th: Asked them to cancel my order due to the delay.

Oct 2nd: Received reply that my order would be cancelled & refund process could take up to 10 days.

Oct 24th: Refund still not received, so I contacted them again for the status. No response.

Nov 1st: Refund still not received, so I contacted them again for the status. No response

Today is Nov 5th (24 business days since my cancellation was processed) and no response or refund from Network Hardwares.

Update: Nov 6th received notification that they have filed for bankruptcy

I'm nearly certain that this is a scam.
7 weeks from ordering and payment and it hasn't arrived. Try calling them! There's no answer.
It's not worth the risk that you will be one of the lucky ones (if there are any) that get their order.
Pass on the word: avoid this lot like the plague.

At 8 of August I ordered Samsung laptop. Now is November and I don't have money and I don't have laptop either..

Repeatably reached out to arrange a refund. No communication back. There contact support email listed on site doesnt seem to be active. Would avoid. Spent over €250 on this site. Seems like a scam

I have ordered a Aten CV211K1T01 Laptop USB KVM console Crash cart on the 22/10/25 and have tried on 10 different occasions to speak to some one or get a response to when the item will be delivered .I have called on the phone , left a What's app message ,sent 3 emails and still no response .My next option is to call my credit card company and ask them to intervene as I am not sure if the item will ever be delivered

It is a scam!! I have ordered a tripod for a Logitech camera 4 weeks ago which was, at that time, available in 3 days. Since then I have not received any response from them. I sent several emails, I tried the chat, the phone. Nothing works. I don't understand the good reviews here.

I ordered and paid for a Nest Thermostat from Network Hardwares over a month ago. I have not recieved it and when I enquired I was told they were experiencing difficulties with their warehouse. Despite numerous emails, I have stiill heard nothing. This place feels like a scam - beware.

I placed an order on September 5th, it is now October 31st. I have not heard from them except once in reply to my email late September. They replied that they hoped to ship the following week. I have received nothing, and get no replies from further emails. Is my $131 payment a scam?

Complete scam, do not buy from here! I placed an order on the 2nd October, it said the item was in stock and would ship in three days. I’ve been following up for weeks with no reply, I’ve tried calling - the line is dead, emailing multiple times with no reply and even tried reaching out on socials. Their website has fake reviews - beware!! I’ve now had to go to my bank to get the transaction reversed
