these guys are amazing. I am in Belgrade, and our Juniper QFX10002-36Q died at the datacenter in Chicago. I looked online and found netgenetics.com that had this switch. I emailed them and less than one hour I place the order with them. In 2 days, the data center guys told me that they got a new unit from netgentics.com
Fake website. Don't ever waste your time and place any order as they don't carry any stock and never pick up calls.
