I signed up for Netumo about 8 months ago I have several websites and a plethora of domain names. I mainly use their service for domain names, it helps me keep up to-date on the current stats with nameseervers, A Records, expiration etc. I have used similar software tools before and Netumo is hands down the best I have used thus far

I did run into a small issue the other day I wrote into support and they were on it! They not only fixed the issue but followed up with me a few times to make sure any concerns were addressed and corrected to satisfaction.

I really did not know what to expect writing in a ticket as there is so many companies that are automated, point the finger in another direction or even worse don't even reply. I communicated with Ian in support department and he was phenomenal!!

I am not only really glad the issue was addressed I am super happy I don't have look for an alternative. This company is AWESOME!!! Highly recommended and I look forward to using Netumo for many years to come. If your on the fence I would highly suggest trying it out and see if it works for you. A++++

Netumo allows me to check my website to ensure that there aren't any failures and any performance issues are immediately noticed by looking at the data in the reports and dashboard. Their new UI improved my experience with Netumo, makes it easier to use. Thanks to their free plan I could first test the software with just 1 website, however I subscribed to one of their paid plans because the prices are affordable and much less than other competitors. I definitely recommend it for any students and to small businesses who perhaps don't have an unlimited budget.
