No reaction on a claim, after sending a damaged model
I´ve bought three times in the past, where I might have given 4 or 5 stars. This time they´ve sent a destroyed model, may be because of wrong packing, and I´ve already wrote a claim with three E-Mails within pictures, and I got no reaction at all. Sorry this is not ok, I´ll return the damage model and hope that I´ll get the money back

a pleasant experience to make a purchase from this seller
I am very happy with my purchase and with the fact that the seller ships to another country of the European Union. The payment went very smoothly, the seller packed carefully and provided fast shipping, He also kept me informed by email. It was a pleasant experience to make that purchase from this seller.
