Offers online, which in the end are not available.
Order got cancelled even after paying via Boleto.
After several emails and calls I was promised on 29 May that I would be reimbursed within 10 working days. Until today no payment.
So emailed them again and seriously had to explain the whole situation and provide the payment proof again even though their email stating that I‘m being reimbursed was attached to my email.
Staff is extremely incompetent. Never again!
