I drive a truck and so I have a smart tv in my truck and at home for my wife. I was paying for premium at $28. They told me that in order to still use it in my truck I needed to pay for extra user at $10 for basic just for me in the truck. I decided since they have consistently raised prices added adds and to top it off the customer service lady was super rude I cancelled. I was a customer for over 10 years.

I cancelled the first month and they billed me again worthless company

I have had Netflix for many years. Tonight I got a notice that there were too many people watching on my account. I discovered that I need a premium account if 3 people in my family want to watch at the same time. I have other streaming services that all allow all members in my family to watch at the same time. Some even allow 5 people. Why should I have to pay extra to watch Netflix in my own home (family members only)? I am thinking about dropping Netflix completely. I would understand if it were another residence but all 3 of us are here in the same house and are in the same family! You just became the worst of the streaming services and I plan to spread the word!

Absolute rubbish. I have unlimited mobile broadband because I travel a lot. Each time I change the device I am strugling with login in to new tv. What a waste of energy and emotions. Absolute morons

Died of boredom trying to find anything other than people talking to each other in "three body problem". Netflix. Take a 90 minute story and try and stretch it to 9 hours. Yawn. Too boring. Make movies not series where nothing happens for hours and hours and hours and hours and hou......

Netflix literally turned into a scam.
They but promotion spaces, for movies they dont have.
If you google and ask if a movie or serie is on Netflix it appear so, untill you try watching it, and you can get a reminder when they movie is on netflix

Its false advitisement and highly illigal, but somehow no body is doing anything about it.
Is it that hard to make them comply with the law ?

The content on here has completely gone downhill. Netflix shows are absolute ass now—just cheap reality TV filler and terrible originals that get canceled immediately. Literally every other streaming platform has better content. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It's getting to be the "new cable company" its expensive, full of ads, cancels shows you want to watch without actually providing an ending, and after the first 2 months you have watched everything you wanted to. If it had no ads for the lower price I might keep it but I would rather go back to the old school cable box with a dvr.

Netflix cannot recommend anything. Not once have they recommended "the cat in the hat, dr suess" and I have watched multiple times. Only recommended what it wants.

So, far it is okay. I don't see anything new being added often enough, but prices are going up again. If the price jumps, I will cancel my plan. I think that Netflix is getting too high. I will find something else more affordable. Prices are going up again.

Absolute RUBBISH !!! Low quality boring content, full of lots of foreign content , over priced subscriptions, cheap tacky nasty low quality programmes or highly unsuitable content for British viewing , netflix has significantly lowered their services to a less than sub satisfactory level while raising the subscription costs , and providing a substandard service with low quality content and removing any sign of half decent content and half decent movies, the horror movie genre is strategicly being wiped out! And replaced with utter low quality rubbish , seems to be supposed "comedy" being added thats not remotely funny or suitable, again pure rubbish, alot of the content is trash. Its not a service for the British public , considering that there are still English people within Britian with subscriptions to netflix , we dont all want to be using subtitles constantly or learning several eastem languages just to beable to watch a low quality unbearable tv programme in the UK streamed on netflix. The UK residents viewing is clearly not a priority to netflix who are making maxium amount of profit on uk subscriptions for the lowest quality pure rubbish that any streaming service could possibly offer. Netflix should be ashamed of itself , its somehow managed to turn itself from a great popular streaming service into a steaming pile of poo and expects no complaints from its less than satisfied consumers

What is wrong with you Netflix!? I used to brag that you guys were the one subscription that wasn’t greedy! It’s not as if you have the most amazing options and to require us to pay $20 a month just not to get ads? And if you do opt in for the $9 a month feature, which is very practical… You require us to watch way too many commercials for a stupid 30 minute episode! I used to brag about you guys being the best because you weren’t so greedy but now you actually the MOST greedy. After this month, I’m done with you guys. There’s a lot more that prime offers at a far Lesser Price. Find your billions elsewhere.
