Worst customer service you can imagine... Over 30 min wait every time I have tried contacting. Same for chat and phone and does not matter what time you try them. Other companies answer right away every time.
It used to be ok. During weekend and holiday time, their technical support for mobile broadband could not care less of customer problem. It took them forever to answer a call, and 3 different persons gave 3 different answers. At the end, the problem still was not fixed. Oslo, Norway.
