They were useless
They called me a day before the tour and told me they failed to find properties that conform to my guidelines (after they told me my guidelines were reasonable and it won't be a problem). They didn't let me cancel the tour since it was past the cancellation cut off, and they didn't even let me delay the tour to another time. I had to fly to the uk for a useless tour where they mostly showed me completely irrelevant properties. The following week I organised *on my own* a tour for myself with 12 relevant properties in one day, I liked 2 of them and signed with one. I let them handle the negotiation where they also did an appalling job and got me a bad deal.
The fact is that property search agencies give an obsolete service, and you can usually do much better on your own, even if you're relocating.
