Bad products and unhelpful customer service

My Mum has an electronic thermo pot and as we liked it we asked her to get one for us as well from the catalogue. Well Mums broke something went wrong with the button and ours has quite literally fallen apart! It’s gone really nasty as well! Called up and they weren’t very helpful at all so we are now both going to go else where and not buy a replacement product from them! I would strongly advise not to buy from them and if you do don’t buy from them directly as they add loads more into the price! But seriously don’t but from them 👍🏼
