Such an easy website to navigate and design custom bespoke orders. We have used this company for our business and we’re thrilled when the lights arrives quickly and well packaged. The lights are great quality and included fixings. What’s not to love about this company!

SCAM! Do not order from this so called company. Item didn't arrive on the date it was supposed to, in fact, it never arrived, they blamed the courier service, and even had the nerve to ask for more money.

Customer service is non existent. Im guessing most of these reviews are FAKE!!!!!

Seamless from ordering to receiving my neon sign which I use for youtube backdrop. I bought a dimmer on recommended reviews. I didn't need the dimmer, but still glad I got it because it has flashing settings etc. So far so good.

Excellent customer service and excellent product. We highly recommend these signs. The product was even better than we expected it to be. 10/10

Terrible customer service. Ordered a 150£ signage from them then a few weeks later after noticed i needed a dimmer, i was sent to a page bought a dimmer a week after they sent the dimmer it stopped working.

Funny part i emailed them and sent the simmer back they tested it said its that battery, they sent it back fo me with the old battery for me to change and charged me 7£ postage. Ridiculous! I mean you tested the battery and the product barely worked a week…

At first was very impressed with the sign and quality but i found it cheap behaviour considering the fact your product was faulty a week afteri got it.

What can i say , I ordered a sign for my sons birthday which we both designed using the design page and could not be happier with the resulting sign that was delivered.
Easy to use and great outcome.

Love my light!!

I got in touch with Neon Filter looking for a custom neon light for my company logo. Ellie has the patience of a saint as I was so indecisive with what I wanted.

Anyway, after much to-ing and fro-ing my light arrived, and it was even better than expected. It looks amazing in my office and is such a talking point when people visit. Thank you!

Sad that I am writing this but here we are.

I ordered a light from Neon filter and the light arrived with scratches on the back plate we only noticed this after putting the light up straight from the delivery box.

I contacted neon filter straight away were I was advised that they looked at the pictures once it had been made and it looked fine!

So somewhere between them making it, the light being boxed or during the delivery it had been damaged.

So I emailed and said surely you are going to correct this as I have spent nearly £300 on this light but no they are not taking responsibility and have said that it’s not covered under warranty 😂 seriously warranty I just got a damaged £300 light out of the box you can see from delivery I had just received it!

So I do not recommend especially if you are having something bespoke made for your business….

I had a terrible experience with Neon Filter. I'm not usually one to go online to make complaints—this is only my second ever—but I strongly urge you to avoid using them!

I ordered a product from Neon Filter for a one-off event, placing my order three weeks in advance and clearly communicating my deadline. Despite this, it arrived a week after the event. I had a bad feeling things wouldn’t go smoothly, so I made several calls and sent emails asking them to prioritize my order.

A few days before my event, when the item finally left their premises, it became clear it wouldn’t arrive on time. They blamed the courier, completely passing the buck and washing their hands of any responsibility. The entire experience was incredibly stressful.

Once they have your money, they simply do not care—please believe me! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

We ordered this sign for our wedding and I was blown away! The ordering process was so easy and I got this on sale making it even better! Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to use it!!
