In my two recent separate purchases from Neofashion, I experienced two issues. The first of which was completely not his fault and out of Alex's control...I truly believe it to be the result of the shipping company and yet, he went the extra mile and did everything he could to make sure that I was happy, keeping me updated every step of the way. With a lesser seller, I could easily have been out of luck and stuck....happens all the time. My worst nightmare would be someone saying "It's all yours...pal!!!" :)

The second problem I experienced, turned out not to be a real problem after all, rather completely my fault and yet, without the understanding and outstanding service that I received from Alex, I likely would have spent a lot more money locally to resolve an issue that actually did not exist. For this, I truly applaud the service I have received and hence the reason for this glowing review.
