Okay so as a first time business owner I was having a little bit of trouble with advertising and getting my name out there. Neo made it so much easier. They helped me design a webpage that not only looks amazing but it brought me in a lot of business. I'm not very computer savvy, but Neo made it more than easy. And if I ever had any questions customer service was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend to everyone.

I was looking for a technology solution to manage my emails, which were registered under another provider’s domain. Fortunately, the desktop tool is incredibly easy to use and comes at an excellent price. To my surprise, they also offered a native Windows app and even included a very useful website builder. I definitely recommend it!

Great mail app

I really enjoy having my own domain. A few people have mentioned it when I share my email. I would like more features on the app that are only available online. I am very happy with this service. I've not had any opportunity to interact with direct contact as the service is easy to use.

I recently started using Neo web builder and its very refreshing I am an old school builder myself and i really appreciate having all my code written for me and their email service is seamless, Im still on the free trial which has a lot of features but i will be making it permanent really soon, mind you I was able to build a whole website plus working emails in the trial period

The worst experience as a small business entrepreneur. The lies they told clearly this company don’t understanding the meaning of diversity and might need to go back to the drawing board. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with I don’t write review but company with no phone communication but plenty of emails is scam next place I’m reporting this to will be the bbb

We weren’t that excited about learning how to run our own box office, but to our pleasant surprise, Ludus made it very easy. The round-the-clock support allowed our team to ask questions and get the answered in real time. The learning curve was facilitated by this. And at the end of our run, we were so pleased to have complete control over our box office experience.

We have been using Neo for 2 years, almost 3. They are by far the best email provider we have used. It is simple and very straightforwardto use. The UI is easy to understand. We have no plans to switch from Neo and encourage anyone who is looking for an email provider for their business to use them.
