everything is perfect, the boxes are of good quality, the packaging guarantees their protection. I was surprised to have extra products (sleeves and other little things). I would always order from them in the future. Due to their competitive prices for superb quality!
Just a few suggestions for improvement:
- Quite unpleasant smell when opening the boxes (these don't stay, it's only the smell of the plastic heated during manufacturing, but I doubt that it's very good for your health , possibility of letting the boxes air out or throwing air into them after manufacturing?)
- The outer corners of the lids which may hang slightly when touched (not perfectly smooth)
- For the cover of the UPC 151, possibility of putting magnets in the middle? (due to its length, the lid is not well held in the middle. You just have to be a little careful when picking it up, it's still a good product!)

Ordered a slab case, but quality wasnt what I expected for the price. Thats fine, I ordered it online and can just return it. Then they don't want to accept the return and hung up on phone calls multiple times. They told me that I ordered 2 items and return both without reason. The seller told me this was suspicious and they had to report me. Which is weird... Then they still did not refund my money.

Edit: After this review they threatened me to sue me for libel and slander if I did not remove the review. Which is outrageous and is why I am adding it to this review now.

This is the most insane customer service I have ever experienced. Please think twice before you order.

Understanding and communicated well.

The team responded swiftly when I requested for an address change. The cases were nicely packaged and fit well with the Lorcana box.

I got the product well sealed and in great quality.......only I made a mistake in my order so I contacted them. They responded directly and came with client friendly solution.

It has been a while that a company surprised me like that so they earn at least a good review and I am not surprised to see that I am not the only one!
