There is a racist , corrupt old man ( he even admitted it on video that he was ) who asks for bribes of 130kr so that he delete your plate from the system. He only targets people of color. I think the management need to do a better job in how to manage the flow. Instead harassing folks into a bribe. (NEMBILVASK Vejle)

Its very wrong to force clients to wash outside first then inside
I understand that some people use that free of charge inside area and leave without washing outside , there are cameras everywhere so it can be monitored and fined
Or just charge for inside services

A good place to wash the car. You find everything you need to make a clean car. However, there were situations in which all the vacuum cleaners did not work and the detergent was missing, especially after 18.00. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Maybe you can do something about this.

Good and quality products

Yesterday I went to the car wash for the first time and my experience was a disappointing one due to the staff. I washed the car alone and went out to the next room where it was occupied. I decided to go on believing that there are several rooms where you can dry and clean your car. I made a detour around the building and returned to the front of the building where I observed the water guns for prewash. I pressed a gun to see if it worked and then an elderly person came screaming to pay. I tried to explain to him that I had just washed the car and that it was crowded and being here for the first time I went outside to look for other rooms but the person did not want to hear what I had to say just scream to pay again even if I pressed the gun 2 seconds. I decided to talk to him after 2 minutes and explain that I didn't even dry the car and I wish I could come in again he said yes but when I got in the car he closed all the doors to the car wash. From the reviews I understood that the staff is very kind but I did not feel that at all.

The worst servic... If You dont want to have a bad day after visiting this place, than better dont go there. The employee is behaving as impolite and not respectfull for their customers. I have been using the services of Nembilvask from august 2020. I have liked the quality of washing and equipment, thats why I have become as a memeber. I have paid every month the monthly fee. But after having a "nice conversation" with a worker, I have realized it is the worst place, and not suggesting for nobody to go there. The man who works in Nembilvask, have been following every movement, and making preasure to go and to wash firstly the car, and than to vaccum. But the most important that I am all the time by coming to Nembilvask, washing and cleaning inside my car.
Because of the amount of cars already in the machine, I decided to not waist my time, and go firstly to clean inside, and afterwards go to wash my car. But the worker, was not respecting my decision, and still making a preasure to go to wash. Following every step, and keep giving some replicas. It is very unprofesional. On behalf as a costumer I am able to state that is not acceptable, and not the best place to wash Your car.
After being a memeber, I am stoping from now to be a memeber. And also I will never suggest for anyone to go there. In Vejle are more good place to wash and clean Your car, than Nembilvask.
Honest suggestion, dont use Your money and time for this place...
It is even not worth one star!
