Be careful ordering from Nelson. I ordered a little over $4500 of kitchen cabinets, upon arrival I was missing two of the three pantry rollout trays, the 3 toe kick panels, the scribe trim, and the touch up paint that was ordered. There were multiple cabinets that had significant damage that prevented their assembly and use (one had the front panel and doors previously assembled and cracked). I contacted Nelson and Amy has responded fairly quickly when I email, but nothing has been done in over a week to replace either the damaged items or the missing items. Amy did send a picture of the loaded pallet before shipping that actually shows there were only two of the rollout trays (one 18" and one 24", not three 18" and one 24" as I ordered) but she stated that all of the trays were shipped? There were multiple cabinets that had been opened and repackaged with no insulating foam between panels that resulted in damage to the paint and finish. These will not be seen with my use but beware if you plan on purchasing from NelsonKB. The broken pantry side, broken sink base side, and the two cabinet faces that were broken will be seen and not useable. The valance that I ordered was substituted for a longer one even though I had responded that a longer one would not work when contacted prior to shipment. The valance was not even packaged but just laying on top of the boxes. The cabinets (that are not damaged) are decent quality for the price, they are only 1/2" plywood but better than MDF. Beware! The driver only had an invoice showing a single pallet, no number of items/boxes. There was an invoice attached to one of the cabinet boxes that I found after unpacking everything. The invoice was correct but there were still the missing items. I would recommend unpacking and inspecting everything before signing for the shipment and document everything with pictures as the company doesn't seem to want to correct the issues so far. There were multiple boxes showing abuse which corresponded to some of the damage to the cabinets. I sent pictures showing the damage to the items as soon as I unpacked the items, actually had to send them several times, they said they did not receive the first one(s). I read reviews about this type of issues with this company prior to my order, but they did state that they eventually corrected everything, we will see. So far the customer service is subpar. Next a complaint with the BBB.
