I’m giving Need That Smile a well deserved 5 stars. I’ve purchased from them four times now, and on every occasion, their customer service has been excellent. Any issues I’ve raised were handled quickly and professionally.

The quality of the products I’ve received has been 10/10 every time. I genuinely can’t fault them. The team are fantastic, and I’m so grateful for the confidence they’ve given me in my smile.

Absolute best thing i ever did ordering with need that smile. Was always in 2 minds wether to go turkey for veneers but thought I would try need that smile first. Honestly can't believe how amazing they are, so much safer too than having teeth shaven down. Customer service as well is out of this world, fast replies, fast postage the lot. Thank you so much need that smile team you've genuinely changed my confidence for the best i am so greatful. One million percent if you're thinking about it, go for it!!

great experience with NTS. from start to finish, they kept in touch throughout and i ordered the BL1 shade (bright white) natural shape. and i am over the moon with the end results. defo have me my confidence back, and came earlier than they should just in time for my holiday, defo recommended best £400 i’ve spent in a long time

i have had 4 lots of veneers of need that smile and they are amazing definitely gave me my smile back i would highly recommend anyone who don’t smile anymore because of they teeth to get these veneers of need that smile best thing i have ever done thanks for giving me my smile back

A complete joke! They don’t explain to you that doing the impressions kit isn’t as straightforward as they make out and if you mess it up they keep selling you impression kits until you get it right. I cancelled and they said it’s was a fee of £50 but they took closer to £60 without informing me. Also, the customer service is really poor, the telephone number on website doesn’t work and the online chat is really limited. Avoid!

I absolutely love my clip ins! Im on my 3rd pair, I lost a pair & cracked a pair in my hand🤦🏾‍♀️ if you've good teeth why go to Turkey when u can have these bad boys! You wouldn't even know they where in! Iv recommend loads of friends & afew have bought i highly recommend 🩷🩵

Honestly recommend got mine earlier than was expected they clipped in perfect no adjustments I was struggling at first with the mold and dave talked me through it customer service was 100 % I sent him pictures and the team approved it sent it off and Honestly I love them and dave helped me out big time .I definitely would recommend because I went with instasmile and they looked ridiculous like Halloween teeth Honestly 100 percent recommend and the service is 10 10

My husband has been trying to convince me to purchase these clip on teeth since he bought them last year. Well I took the plunge and ha ha I am actually really glad that I did what did I do without them? 😅

I did not know what to expect when ordering I was so nervous but I will be honest I absolutely love them ! Every stage I was kept informed and given timescales which they completed in early. Oh my God woo hoo I got my veneers in time for my birthday party. This event has been planned for about six months and it did take me awhile. I’m not going to lie to get my impressions right but I got there and ended up getting my teeth in time for my birthday and I am sooooooohappy 😍🙌🥰😭😊

Customer service is spot and the delivery is quick but when it comes to the clip ins I really didn't like them I ordered upper and lower in both normal and ultra thin not really much difference in my opinion and they look too plasticky I just couldn't get the courage to wear them out in public as I found them very hard to talk in so I did end up throwing them in the bin so I did waste a lot of money.

My experience was amazing, my impression kit turned up quickly, the instructions to use the molds were easy to follow and really helpful considering it was my first time doing them. I sent the impressions back and a week later my brand new smile arrived, at first it was strange wearing them took me a week to get used to them.... its now been several months and Iit feels weird not wearing them! Highly recommend NEEDTHATSMILE!! I shall be ordering another set for sure!!

The time it took was really quick i wasn't expecting my veneers back for 2 weeks and it took all of 1 week. Im so impressed with them. I have never looked back, also my partner has just ordered some. I ordered the super thins.

I didn’t think I would be suitable as I have an underbite and I have had jaw surgery but mine look unbelievable and I ended up being suitable. Overall a satisfied and good experience.
