Nectar management has more in common with a criminal syndicate's operations, than it does with estate management. It is an antisocial fraudulent investment firm that hides behind a wall of incompetent and useless employees. They respond to nothing, they fix nothing - avoid their business at all costs
THE WORST OF THE WORST! If you consider moving in one of the buildings they manage, don't.
Long story short, the basement in the building I live in got flooded 5 times in less than 3 years. Not only did they not do anything to prevent this, it also took them long time to fix it. Also they did not cover anything. Secondly they also increase the rent as if they deserve anything. The worst of the worst. I cannot emphasize enough how bad this company is.
So again, if you consider renting out something from them, stay as far as possible from them!
Save yourself the headache and avoid doing any bussiness with this company. Their management are needlessly hostile, especially an employee named Oliver. They are unwilling to help you if it concerns them and even give out false information about their rental properties, which is why you will likely have to call them.
