Pretty amazing experience. Endlessly helpful, Alex is an above and beyond person and business owner. I hope to continue working with him. His prints seem to be analyzed with a magnifying glass before shipping, quality stuff here. Oh yea and cheaper than the big guys!

On 3/18/24 I received my first sample product from NeatoPOD.com and the quality of their prints blew me away. I have worked with many POD companies over the last 5-ish years, and I can say with certainty that as of now, this is as good as it gets! If you're looking for quality products as well as quality prints, NeatoPOD is the place. As a small business providing print on demand products, I learned how important it is to have a solid and trusting line of communication with every hand involved in this kind of work. Communication with the NeatoPOD Team is nothing sort of superb and absolutely pleasant. They offere step by step information about how to upload your designs to their site. As well, they have a great FAQ section that provides all the important details about how to achieve the best print (following guidelines). All the information about shipping times and common POD questions is easily accessible. The site is user friendly and they have a direct email for any additional questions you may have. NeatoPOD surpassed all my expectations! After trying out numerous print on demand companies, I had become extremely discouraged thinking it was going to be impossible to find a production partner that I could rely on…one that would provide quality, consistency, and excellent customer service. NeatoPOD has exceeded in all areas. Before I placed my first order, I reached out through email explaining the issues I had experienced with other POD companies and asked about their process. Within a day, I received a detailed reply from Alex. Alex took each of my concerns one by one that I had had with other companies, explained what would have caused each issue, and then what NeatoPOD does to prevent those things from occurring. I was flabbergasted! I was actually getting a thoughtful and knowledgeable response from an individual who was directly involved in the print production. AND he offered to send me a sample of my choosing for free! I gladly accepted the offer and ordered a few other items as well. When my products arrived, I was over the moon impressed with the print quality, how vibrant the color was, and how well the end result matched my original design. Since that time, I have ordered several more garments and have been pleased with every one. Alex continues to be extremely helpful and responsive every time I have a question. He has also been very accommodating when I have had to special order items for clients that are not available directly through their POD website. Honestly, I can’t say just how fortunate I feel to have found NeatoPOD. Their work and their work ethic speak for themselves. I've had some experiences with POD services that were pretty fine, but I wanted to look for something that ensured quality prints. I've been using Neato POD for around 8 months now and this is an easy 5 star review! As a full time artist who regularly creates designs for print I've found them to be an invaluable service for my small business.

The prints are large, vibrant and are always receiving high praise from my customers.
DTG printing can get a bad rep, there are many on demand sites that utilise this kind of print technology and produce sub-par prints, Neato is not one of them. They offer side by side comparisons so you don't just need to take my word for it, you can see for yourself.

The prints are all done in house so the quality control is there and on the very few occasions I've needed to contact the team they have been excellent at helping me.

Neato is a hidden gem in the industry, they actually care about what they do and it's nice to be able to support another small business.

I've been working with the owner Alex and his team at NeatoPOD for almost a decade now (long before they started NeatoPOD!) and they're my main POD company for good reason. They are professional, on time with fulfillment and customer service is above and beyond. I've worked with every major POD company you can think of and they all have their own major downsides, particularly with print quality, most of them are just downright trash. I've never been able to find a competitor doing better t-shirt prints than Neato does. The quality is outstanding, but not at the expense of your margins. They also just introduced a new print method option that gives screen-printing a run for its money. They're currently working on integration with Shopify and Etsy, so as of the time I'm writing this orders must be placed manually, but for me it's worth the extra bit of effort for such excellent service.

I've been a shirt designer for more than 5 years and after having my designs printed by NeatoPod I am beyond happy with their service and prices.

In my long experience, they provide the best printing quality and as an artist it is something I always want for my customers and for my art too.
I've seen my how my art is printed by other POD companies/websites in the past and it's upsetting to see the drastic downgrade and difference in the print quality.

Neatopod also has great customer service as well, lots of FAQs and information.

They provide two printing options, bright and vibrant DTG printing and the new Flex option which really suits some of my designs. They print on more than just regular shirts as well, lots of garment options like tank tops, kids clothes, hoodies, sweatshirts etc + with more coming soon I see on the site.

They strike a great balance with price and quality.

I am very glad to have found Neatopod. They have excellent communication and the printing job they do is perfection. They also do not hesitate to get orders processed. I have been in the tee shirt game for a while, and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a print in demand company.

Neatopod has exceeded my expectations, which says a lot since I'm particular with my expectations. Neatopod runs their business very professionally and generously. They respond to emails very quickly with direct, clear, and thorough explanations. Their print quality is.... perfect. The print is smooth, durable, large, placed correctly, vibrant, and perfectly aligned with no white underbase showing.

They offer tee sizes up to big and tall size 10X, and this helps to fill a market gap. They just added the flex type print as an alternative option to DTG, and they will be adding polo shirts and camo tees, which demonstrates their progressive business style. They have gone out of their way to special order items for me and answer all my questions, and I am so grateful for this.

What I thought was really crazy is their platform is the easiest to use compared to the five other POD platforms I have tried (four of them being big POD companies)! Also what people might not know immediately is that we are able to copy and paste the customer's name and address right into the neatopod website.

I know I can rely on them to complete the job right without me having to wonder if the product might have an error, which could negatively affect my business! I'm so happy I found Neatopod!
