**** AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS AND THEN FAIL TO SHOW UP AND DO NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO RETURN YOUR CALLS ****
This company promised to clean my windows on Saturday at 1200hrs but no one showed up. At 1600hrs I called them and the voicemail message said they would guarentee to call me back in 1 hour. It is not 1130hrs on Monday and no one has had the courtesy to call me back.
Their website states that they believe they offer the best customer service but they have demonstrated to me that this is certainly not the case. Don't make the same mistake I did and use a company who has the courtesy to appologise for their mistakes and do not waste your time!
