Honestly wouldn’t use any other brand, I have invested a lot of money from their nail drill, their tools and hygiene products. They are top notch and would recommend to every nail professional. I damaged my drill charger, sent navy a message to see if I could purchase another and they have very kindly sent me a new lead through the post free of charge. Thankyou navy x

As a professional nail tech who’s been a loyal Navy customer for a long time, I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience.
I ordered the Katy Cuticle Nipper, and the one I received was blunt straight out of the box, with faulty springs that didn’t function properly. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious issue when you rely on your tools daily for professional work.
I contacted customer service and was asked to send photos. Despite clearly showing the issue, I was told there was nothing wrong. Eventually, they agreed to send me replacement springs and asked me to confirm my address, which I did right away. But I never received anything. And even if the springs were replaced, the blades are still blunt, making the tool unusable for precise cuticle work.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating especially as someone who’s supported their brand and recommended it to others in the industry. I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I can’t recommend this product or company based on how this was handled.

I absolutely love the smell, it relaxes me so much. I have the hand and cuticle balm and also the hand soap and cream. Just for guest to the house and at work The soap with its tiny beads its the best soap EVER.
Yes they are pricey but i don't care.
The only negative is the website. Give a little more context to products. I would have bought more products if i knew more details. (sale lost)
I don't want to have to call when there is a website.
On the point of customer service - wrong product sent out, but no quibble it was replaced and was received within a few days no hassle. Cant complain.

Based on other review bought a set as present. It was expensive comparing to alternative products and was bought as the present. Unfortunately wrong items were sent. Disappointing especially that person who received the present can’t use it now. For the price which one pays it is disappointing

I can’t even begin to explain the amazing service that’s provided by Navy. I order all the way from Australia, so for me it was abit of a gamble starting up my nail business with products from the UK. But I wanted something really high quality and for me Navy had it down.
Iv now ordered twice from them and from the products, to packaging, to communication, to fixing any issues that arise, it’s nothing short of amazing.
If you’re questioning purchasing from Navy, you can rest at ease. The company and service are outstanding.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Navy Professional, spending hundreds of pounds on their products. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing and has completely changed my opinion of the company. I cannot express DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have a problem with their products, they don't want to know.
I purchased the pedicure bowl (don't buy it its better used as a fruit bowl if anything) that turned out to be unfit for its intended purpose. It was from the outlet, and it states on the website the only reason they are in the outlet is because it might have minor scratches on the finish etc which I didn't care about. However, the bowl arrived unfit for purpose. It is unstable, rocks on the ground and tips, making it impossible to use for pedicures.
Despite clearly explaining these issues, sending videos of the unstable bowl, and asking if could return the bowl for a refund (a very reasonable request as it was unused and in original packaging) Navy Professional refused to let me RETURN IT. Their resolution was suggesting I sell the BRAND NEW item on their PreLoved page, even though it's faulty. How awful! Sums up their customer service level.
My concerns were downplayed, and eventually, I was ignored altogether. They refused to let me return the item and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue in a fair and reasonable manner. After a week of emails, their final offer was store credit as a "gesture of goodwill."
This entire experience has left me extremely disappointed. I have never ever written a bad review for a company before. I expected better from a company I’ve supported for so long and spent so much money with in the past. I will not be purchasing from Navy Professional again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

The signature smell is amazing.
I have the cuticle oil, hand cream, hand balm and body oil. Just also ordered the oil for my diffuser. Think I'm hooked!
Delivery is quick and the customer service is fabulous too - quickly replying to emails.

I have been a qualified Nail Tech for nearly a year. I purchased Navy tools at great expense but was assured by fellow Nail Techs that these were the best money can buy. I noticed my Beatrice tool's coating has come away on both ends, there is now metal showing. Customer services have accused me of dropping my tool and therefore damaging it. The best they can offer is a sharping service. The tool doesn't need sharpening it needs replacing. My colleagues have all said that their tools are still perfect. I am now unable to use the Beatrice on clients with the metal showing.
