I will never recommend Naukri.com it's a fraud company. All those job adverts posted by naukri.com is fake. To fool and cheat the unsuspecting candidates it has on its payrolls sub agencies and consultants who will send email informing of available prospective jobs. Another modus operandi being money asked for making resumes. Be careful friends don't ever subscribe or pay anything for this fraud company.

Terrible Experience with Naukri FastForward – Please Don’t Waste Your Money
Points:
I paid ₹10,000 for Naukri’s FastForward services — complete waste of money.
I was promised a dedicated customer support executive — but in reality, they just gave a generic call center number.
Every time you call, a different random person picks up who has no real understanding of your case or needs.
No one was actually assigned to work on my profile or help with personalized guidance like profile optimization or targeted job search support.
I was promised priority and relevant job alerts — but all I received were random SMS at weird hours (even 2 AM) for irrelevant jobs.
I was actively looking for Product Manager roles — but kept getting job suggestions for Software Developer, Engineer, and even unrelated BPO jobs.
When I complained, they blamed me saying my salary bracket was too high, instead of acknowledging their failure.
No WhatsApp support was provided despite claiming it during sales calls.
Emails with priority roles? Practically non-existent — same listings available for free users.
Once payment was done, their responsiveness dropped to zero — no follow-up, no proactiveness, no accountability.
This entire service feels like a scam to trap job seekers desperate for good roles.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Naukri FastForward.
Save your money, don’t fall for false promises.

Paid Services, No Delivery — Highly Unprofessional Experience
I paid INR 20,800 (INR 14,200 for Resume Services + INR 6,600 for Spotlight Service) to Naukri Gulf (a part of Naukri.com / Info Edge India Ltd) while in Dubai. Despite full payment and repeated follow-ups, I received no services — no customer code, no resume drafts, and no spotlight updates.
Their representatives made false promises, and later, their support team shockingly claimed they couldn’t even trace my payment records.
This is completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable from such a large organization.
I had to update my resume myself and have demanded a full refund, but the response continues to be slow and evasive.
I strongly caution others:
Avoid Naukri Gulf, Naukri.com, and Info Edge India’s paid services. Poor accountability, zero customer support after payment.
Money taken, services not delivered — beware.

Worst Paid Service Experience on Naukri – A Disappointment for Serious Job Seekers
I am writing this review to caution fellow job seekers about the highly disappointing experience I had with Naukri.com’s paid services, specifically Resume Display and Priority Applicant services. Despite being a reputed job portal, Naukri has failed miserably in delivering any actual value through these services.
Even after optimizing my resume, refining keywords, and updating all the preferred criteria, I consistently received irrelevant job alerts.
Jobs sent via email/SMS were not aligned with my experience, skills, or domain expertise.
The recommendations felt generic, as if the system was just pushing random openings without any intelligence or filtering.
One of the key promises was increased visibility to recruiters. Unfortunately, not a single relevant recruiter reached out even after weeks of active subscription.
Before paying, I used to get better job suggestions and visibility organically. Post-payment, the quality and relevance declined drastically.
Every time I raised a concern, the support team sent the exact same pre-written response, without actually addressing my issue.
No one ever called or offered real-time assistance to help fix the issue or improve results.
It felt like the service is just automated lip service, with no accountability or resolution mechanism.
You are locked into the preferences set at the time of purchase. Even if you update your interests later, the system continues to send irrelevant alerts.
The platform offers no intelligent matching, and the paid features provide no real edge over free users.
The service descriptions and promises made at the time of purchase are highly misleading.
There is no mention that Naukri does not take any responsibility for matching candidates with recruiters or ensuring at least a minimum quality of recommendations.
🚫 Public Warning: Don’t Waste Your Money!
If you're thinking of purchasing any of Naukri’s paid services in hopes of better job visibility or recruiter interest — DON’T.
The platform offers no added benefit for the price you pay.
You’ll be left with generic alerts, no recruiter calls, and frustrating customer service.

Very unhappy with the service
Very unhappy with the service. I was checking out the Naukri Fast forward services and then I received a call from their team to provide more details. The call handler was not listening to my details and kept going on about the services. When I informed I needed some time to think about it, I kept receiving calls every one hour for an update till 9pm. Now I have purchased the service "Resume Display ( Exp 3-8 yrs ) for 3 months " but it says "Processing not initiated" after I have received a confirmation of payment status with bill from Naukri Fast Forward. I have been trying to reach the customer service team at their toll free number but I am not able to connect at all. I would like a full refund of the services as I am not at all satisfied with the service I have received after purchasing your services. Please give a callback to process the refund.

Naukri is totally useless
Naukri is a tool for extraction and sharing of people's data to parasite companies purporting to be recruiters. I've paid over 11K for help with job placement including getting my CV updated, profile sharing with recruiters and job openings shared with me, where I'd stand a good chance of getting a call back. I paid for these services for 6 months of coverage. Not a single call back or interview. The only persons who tried reaching out were fraudsters who found my CV through questionable means. The jobs they forwarded me are all irrelevant to my profile - ie - jobs for women only, sales jobs, engineering jobs, etc. My profile is specific to Branding.
I have nothing to gain my posting this. I know how hard it is for people to find a good job, so for your own sake, use LinkedIN or Indeed, IIM jobs, etc. Naukri will just take your money and do absolutely nothing. It's already tough out there, don't throw money away.

Misleading and Unethical Service
I had a terrible experience with Naukri Fast Forward's Priority Applicant Monthly Subscription. Despite paying for this service, I didn’t receive a single recommendation. When I contacted their support team, they claimed that recommendations are not guaranteed—something they conveniently fail to mention upfront.
This is nothing short of a scam. Customers are lured into paying for services that don’t deliver what’s implied in their promotions. Such lack of transparency is unethical and unacceptable.
If you can’t guarantee results, you should clearly state that before taking people’s money. I feel completely cheated and will never recommend their services to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I had actually taken the Naukri resume…
I had actually taken the Naukri resume display service for three months but it got me views only. Firstly, it took 8 days to get activated but at the end of the day, I want HR of my domain only to view my profile & cv and then either call or email me. If we are getting only views and never an email or call then I suspect that either our profile is getting highlighted to wrong HR's or the keywords search is not effective.

Unreliable Service, No Value for Money
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Naukri.com’s paid services. After purchasing their premium package in July 2024, I had high expectations for professional support to enhance my job search. Unfortunately, two months have passed, and they have completely failed to deliver on their promises. The service has been nothing short of dismal, with minimal communication and no proactive engagement from their team after receiving my payment.
The so-called "dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs)" and after-sales support have been utterly useless. Not once in these two months has the RM reached out to understand my job requirements or check if I have even had any interviews. Despite several follow-ups from my end, they didn’t bother to offer any meaningful assistance. It's frustrating to see that once they secured my hard-earned money, they lost all interest in providing the service they promised. There’s no sense of responsibility or care, making it seem like the company is solely focused on extracting money rather than offering value.
This experience has left me feeling scammed by Naukri.com. Their lack of professionalism and customer support shows they are more interested in exploiting their brand name than actually helping people in their job search. I strongly urge others to stay away from their paid services. It’s a complete waste of time and money—better to stick with free resources, which might actually offer more support than Naukri’s so-called premium services.

Naukri has been a total waste of money…
Naukri has been a total waste of time and money. It's been 20 days but not a single response.
They told us to change the job description, experience, perks, and skills. We did all that, but it's still a dead zone. We paid good money for this crap!
Their after-sale support is terrible. This whole experience has been awful.

Its worst
Its worst. Had paid around 18k for 6 months subscription but did not get even a single call. DO NOT WASTE MONEY. They will initially while taking subscription say all the irrelevent to convince you post that they will give all the reasons for you to not get calls such as depends on employer preference, your package is more etc. ultimately you are not getting any calls.

WeI tried calling you however call went unanswered. We would like to inform you that recruiters will co-ordinate with you as and when they short list your resume. Naukri works as an intermediator and we do not follow up with the recruiters regarding the interviews for the candidates.

Issue Description:After taking Naukari Fast Forward Service , i didn't receive any single call in last 30 days . I Paid 12800 for this service.
Issue Description:
I was assured that purchasing this service would significantly increase my chances of receiving job calls and opportunities relevant to my profile. Unfortunately, despite 30 days passing since the purchase, I have not received any job calls or communication from potential employers.
This situation is disappointing and frustrating, especially since I invested in this service with the expectation of improving my job search. I believe there may be an issue with the service delivery or my profile visibility.
Request for Resolution:
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for the lack of results. If there is a problem with my profile or the service, please advise on the necessary steps to rectify it. Additionally, if the service cannot deliver as promised, I would like to request a refund.
Please respond at your earliest convenience with a proposed solution.

i never got a call or message from service assistance.
i lost my money. i paid RS1500 almost. no refund also.
Not giving me refund. Should escalate this issue to higher authority for fraud .
