Awful still not received product orders on the 26th Aug. 4th of oct product not received every time I call customer service I get fobbed off it’s on its way and yet still waiting.
Have asked for a refund will only get it when i send product back which i get. I want the product so wouldn't send it back. Don’t think I will ever receive it. All it has been hassle hassle don’t waste your time with Excuses excuses.
Totally non-responsive! I have been returning their mailings to the previous occupant of my house, who moved out over 10 years ago, asking that they send no further mail. Each request has been ignored. Their email address does not work, and they only have a premium rate phone number (for mobiles) for human contact.
