Disgusting response from company after the food arrived not fit for purpose
We have been customers of naturaw for many years however after the experience regarding our last order we will definitely not be purchasing from them again. Our order arrived completely defrosted and not even cold, when we contacted them they first blamed us for not ordering a full box, on this occasion we could not afford a full box,as apparently the full boxes stay frozen for longer this response was absolutely disgusting they are suppliers of raw food in no way at all should it matter how many boxes you order it is their responsibility to ensure the food arrives in the condition it is supposed to. We sent numerous pictures clearly showing the trays full of blood and they said the food was fine, yes you can refreeze raw food but only if it has been maintained at fridge temperature and this clearly hadn't and there was absolutely no way that I was going to take the chance of feeding my dog this. The company still wont take any responsibility or refund our money so I will be taking this matter further
UPDATE: as seen in naturaws response to this review they have now taken responsibility for the state the order arrived in and explained that the original response given to this complaint was a misunderstanding as they thought the pictures we sent to them had been taken the following day after the order had been left out of the freezer overnight. They have very kindly offered to send us a full box of food and treats for both my dogs for free to make up for the inconvenience caused

Great food
Great service, great food my dogs been on it for last few years, he's 11 now and supper healthy, lovely coat, clear eyes. Everyone comments on how healthy he looks for his age. Highly recommend this food. I feed various flavours of the forage range.

This company is fab. I have never had any problem with them, their products or their deliveries. They did recently change their web interface which is now a bit clunky (harder to use than before) but I put up with it because the product is so great.

High quality food
My 5 yr old spaniel has been on Naturaw Taster boxes for nearly 2 years and loves them. He’s happy and healthy and looks forward to his meals. The meals are 100% meat, and I supplement with raw broccoli, carrots etc here and there, but I’m happy with meat being the bulk of his diet. He has no health, skin or ear problems and his teeth are great, which I attribute to his high quality diet. We’ve tried other raw food brands before, and he has gone off them quickly, so this seems to hit the spot for him. I also like the company’s ethos, with high quality sustainable meat and biodegradable packaging.

Delivered by DPD so the raw meat is not refrigerated!
This company was suggested to us, but as we are in the catering business,
I was a little reluctant that it’s delivered by DPD ( not refrigerated) concerns me a lot, and reading on their website that if there is a problem with delivery you’d need to contact DPD. If the order doesn’t arrive and you’re waiting on food what happens??? You’re then without your supply.
Their customer service is via a chat online.
I’m very dubious to transfer to this company!

Great food for fussy eater
My 7 year old Labradoodle has been on Naturaw for around 3 years and eats it well (he is a very fussy eater). He has never had an upset stomach, breath never smells and likes all the recipes.
The website is easy to use and the subscription easy to change if the delivery dates don't work etc.
A big bonus for their sustainability efforts with packaging.
A little disappointed though that in 3 years I have never even received a complimentary pack of treats as an appreciation of loyalty.
(Update: For clarity I have had a subscription for around 3 years. It has been cancelled and renewed a couple of times due to your old system where it was difficult to change number of boxes etc without setting it up again).

Very poor subscription service
Product itself is good but their subscription model is woeful. We've had to chase for every order and on the most recent chase they told us that the subscription date is actually the payment date and not the delivery date. Never heard of that before and clearly they don't understand the importance of having confidence you will have food for your dog, will be switching to to ProDog who are Platinum Trusted by feefo.

We have tried a few different raw good…
We have tried a few different raw good companies for our dogs. They never really took to them but once we started with Naturaw the difference, our dogs never leave anything in their bowls, the food is not full of chunks of bone or not
sloppy either. A wide variety is available too. Delivery is prompt and always on time. I would never use another company for raw food ever again. I'm sticking with Naturaw as happy dogs make a happy owner.

My Cavapoo loves it
My Cavapoo is just 12 months old. Since having him from a puppy I have struggled to find a food he likes. Even ordering off line food advertised on the tv. He will eat it at one meal and then avoid it. Others have suggested leave it and he will eat when hes hungry. He never does. A friend gives her dog raw and suggested we try it. I did my research and it was AI that suggested the best for our Cavapoo was Naturaw. So I decided to give it a go. We are on day 4. Hes off all the kibble and wet food and now just on raw. He absolutely loves it. He cries when I am putting it in his bowl, eats it in seconds and chases the empty bowl around the floor. What a difference. I have only given him the beef and chicken but he's now looking forward to meal times. His stools are tiny. Cant believe I never tried it before.

Still very happy, 5 years in!
We have been feeding this food to our French Bulldog since she was a puppy, after our reading suggested it would help protect her in relation to some of the health issues that frenchies can suffer from. Now 5 years later and she’s healthy and happy and still enjoying the food. The quality and variety is fantastic, and being able to order delivery ahead of the scheduled deliveries when we’re running low has been super easy. The packaging is fantastic - no plastic, and everything arrives with no issues. Very happy, and no plans to switch!
