I bought a dress in the Madeira store whilst visiting from the UK. On returning home I noticed the stitching around the waist had all come apart rendering the dress unwearable. I made contact with the company online explaining the dress was faulty, sent photo's and sent them a copy of my receipt. They replied telling me they would not be able to refund me or replace the item unless I went back to the store in Madeira within the 30 days. By the sounds of the other reviews even that isn't guaranteed. I'm sure this must go against some trading standards or consumer rights if the product is faulty? Complete waste of €50. I do happen to visit Madeira a few times a year but won't buy from them again. Such a shame as they market themselves as an ethical and sustainable company, which couldn't be further from the truth!
I have a sweater bought for me about a year ago.
Whilst in a restaurant couple of weeks ago I was taking it off and the ribbing round the neck ripped away from the garment.
I sent photos to Natura and told them it was a present , I could not get the receipt of evidence of bank payment. They emailed three times still asking for receipt.
They are not interested in replacing it or repairing it clearly. The tone from their correspondence lacked understanding and could imply they thought it hadn’t been paid for!
Scam!!!! Fraud!!!!
Do NOT buy from these f*cks. They only do exchanges (despite new, unworn, and still tagged) and God help you if it’s Xmas/seasonal related. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
** be sure to write a complaint in their govt complaint book **
Total Scam!!!!!
FRAUD, FRAUD!!! Do not buy anything from this company/store. It’s a tourist trap for buying fake and poorly made products and not being able to return the item. I bought a pair of shoes they claimed was leather which not only upon close inspection turned out to be fake but the stitching was very poorly done and was coming loose on the inside. I got my receipt to return the product but the seller contact information was false and the receipt has it as a Christmas item which cannot be returned and cannot be damaged, so even though I received a faulty item, they keep my money. Very dishonest and very disappointing experience
Beautiful packaging for hardly any PRODUCT!! What a RIP OFF- and then paying $15 for shipping and find out spending 50 gets you free shipping!!
Bad quality clothes! When I went back the day after purchase, they did not have the same sweater in the right size, they told me I can not get a refund, only exchange for something else. I have also reached out online, shared all receipts, labels and further details however a refund is being refused. Such bad customer service, if you sell broken item, you should offer a refund!
AVOID!! This company should not be allowed to trade. I bought some slippers from Malaga airport which turned out to be faulty- the hard inner sole was curled up on the inside of the slippers. Despite providing the receipt and clear photos of the fault they said they would not refund without return of the slipper.
I returned the item tracked all the way back to the address provided in Spain and emailed Natura customer support with proof of tracked delivery. Previously support answered my emails within minutes but now they are ignoring my emails. Emails start 14/9/24 to 25/9/24
Diabolical service- I will be making a formal complaint to Natura and to the airport retailer complaints. I did not want to even give them 1 star. Read the reviews as it appears dozens of other people have had the same terrible service. 😡
Do not buy anything from this company, no response to a number of emails sent by my husband for a refund.
I ordered shoes online and turned out to be too small. The sizing is confusing. I emailed them for the necessary form for a return and exchange (as per their terms and conditions) but no reply. I’ve emailed them 4 times now and no reply. They are ignoring me. Don’t buy anything from them online.
Eventually received shoes after weeks. Husbands were ripped and I was sent green instead of blue.
I was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I requested replacement pairs, and was told they were out for delivery.
After 2 weeks I contacted the company they said they were delivered. NO THEY WERE NOT.....
I received a further email to say they were going to give a refund....
I WANTED THESE SHOES....NOT A REFUND.
Funnily enough I have had no further replies to my several emails.
Won't ever use again...
NOT RECOMMENDED
They have a no-refund policy, no matter what. Instead of refunds, they only offer store credits, which can only be used in that specific store, not online. Cashiers do not inform customers about this no-refund policy. This is totally a scam. I contacted the company’s customer service, and they claimed it’s written on the receipt. Excuse me? It’s all in Spanish? Are they deliberately targeting tourists to scam? The clothes are of poor quality too
Do not under any circumstances make a purchase from this retailer without studying the returns policy. Refused to give a refund for purchase and hid behind policy written on the receipt in Portuguese. Instead of being able to recommend to others for their lovely colour choices etc, I can only give this warning to avoid at all costs.
I bought a pair of trousers which had a fault in the manufacture. I wrote to customer services and they have never responded or aknowledged my request for an exchange.
I thought I had found a brilliant clothing retailer. I liked the fabrics and styles. I was hoping to come here and give a 5 star review. Wrong. Do not buy anything from this retailer unless you are happy to throw it away after one wear or for it to fail while you are out and need carry a spare garment with you.
I am so disappointed.
I had an awful experience trying to exchange sizes for a dress in this shop. I arrived with the receipt from the atm machine for the dress and the card the dress was bought with, however I was still denied the exchange. I had to return later that day with a different receipt and the shop employee was very unpleasant to deal with. She took a long time to carry out the exchange and was impolite. Altogether, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life!
