Really helpful. I inadvertently selected 'pick up from store' on the website. I emailed the shop and within a few hours received a text message to ask could they ring, or alternatively they would ring me the following Monday at 11. I opted for Monday and at exactly 11 that Monday they rang and I was able to pay the postage over the phone. My products arrived the next day. Absolutely first class, friendly service. Thank you

Money minded
I placed an order which was cheaper than other shops,the product is Nature Aid Sea kelp, they accepted the order, after then they informed me that its out of stock and acceptes to refund, but at the same time when I checked their site the item which I order is available and they have increased the price.

You were contacted immediately and offered an alternative product which you declined and you requested a full refund which was duly issued in a prompt fashion! We subsequently received a new delivery of goods which included the Item you were refunded for. As is the case with virtually All Goods in recent times it has increased in price, which unfortunately and reluctantly we are forced to pass on to our customers as is standard business practice. I am sorry we were I able to fulfill your order immediately.
