Take your money and fail to provide what you pay for.

How long is toooo long. Attended their courses, GMP & EU legislation. Found it to be a waste of time and learned more reading online and using the manuals associated with the ec directives. Most if not all in attendance were for therer for the 50% discount on testing. Might be a good course for those that are complete loons and need taking in hand though. Took 10 months to get the links and supplementary course informations emailed across from the 'instructor' by which time I had already found and used the information needed. Submitted a product for full testing and over 7 months later I am still waiting for the CPSR to arrive with excuses of next week being offered regularly. No offer of compensation of any form as a gesture of good will and I am expected to just have to wait it out without explanation. Even the boss isnt interested in replying to emails, I know you are laid back Danny but hey that is just unacceptable,

Poor customer service

I have attended one of their courses and straight from the begining we've been told not to take notes as it all the materials including recipes and formulas used on the course will be provided to us. Their printer got broken so they couldnt print anything out and therefore we've been promised that it will me emailed it to us instead. 5 month later and I still havent heard from anyone and my emailes get ignored.

absolute rubbish

this is an email i have just sent them you decide...............

When I spoke on the live chat asking where my order was I was told it had been sent royal mail and could expect it in the morning.

This was after what has become the most difficult mail order I have ever had in my life, my original order was placed on 7th and then lost by ukmail so you said.

After lots of emails and messages on the 13th I was told it was being re sent I asked if you could send it with another carrier as I had no faith in ukmail after being lied to by them.

3 days went past and no delivery so I got on the live chat on your website was told I should have got it by now but they would check for me
So I waited ........... When the person came back on the live chat they said they had just spoken the the person that had posted my order by royal mail the day before ........ So I waited for the parcel 3 more days go by and I get an email saying my order had just been dispatched by UKMAIL and now I am just in shock I have been lied to so many times I have lost count I have all my emails to show what I am saying is true.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN OFFICAL COMPILAINT about the way I have been treated by your company to make it worse if you can! the tracking number on he latest e-mail this morning is the same as the original 30958460057760 and says it might be delayed and that's were this all started

Sorry just don't make this right....................................

i will never use this company again and will try as hard as i can to warn trusting people about them

Unprofessional and rude handling of customer complaints

I ordered from naturallythinking on November 2011, and when my parcel arrived I could not claim it, due to a naming mistake. I contacted the company and was told it will be sorted out, but it was not and the parcel was returned as unclaimed.

I have since January been trying to get a refund for the goods I paid but never received, in vain. A lot of my emails have been ignored.

Today, when I called the company and gave my name, I was informed that the employees have been told they are not to speak with me on the phone!

The email I received from the manager was quite rude, stating and I quote "If you had of put your name correctly on your order you would have had no problems" and "Please also consider your posting on Review Centre has significantly undermined the legitimacy of your claim."

I feel deeply offended by the way this company, and I must say especially the manager, is treating me, not to mention that paying for goods you cannot claim and then not being refunded basicaly constitutes theft.

Oh, ofcourse, I was informed I will get refunded once they receive my parcel back, but it has been 4 months since it has left my country for return to the sender... (I have spoken with both the Greek and the English Post and both assure me the parcel has been back to England).

Or if the Royal Mail pay out their claim succesfully, they will use the money to refund me.

This essentially means that if the Royal Mail does not pay out their claim, I will never get refunded.

Reading reviews here and on other sites, it seems that incompetent customer service is a common problem with this company.

I seriously feel they are treating me like rubbish, and I am getting punished for failings in the order/delivery system.

I have no words to describe the situation...I have made a complaint to the Citizen's Advice Bureau, but I'm not sure I'll ever see my money back, not to mention this whole ordeal has been very upseting for me.

I would advise future customers to take their business elsewhere. The products on naturallythinking seem cheaper than other sites, but if there is a mistake in your order or delivery you will end up paying dearly....

Naturallythinking appalling customer service

I am disgusted at the appalling customer service - or lack of - that I have received from Naturally thinking. Apart from the fact that as has been previously picked up by other customers, many items on the website have confusing descriptions and when ordering a jar, if the website suggests other products to purchase at the same time, one of which includes a lid, it would be easy to assume the lid it suggests one purchase will actually fit. Additionally, it is not explained that if you arrange to collect something from the shop, it actually takes weeks for them to organise. I have been told that customer service will only respond to emails and won't discuss things over the phone (they think they have customer service?).

After sending an email and not receiving a response for over three days, I spoke to the woman in the shop and explained that I was trying to add something to my order and avoid an additional delivery fee on getting back the items they refused to refund to me but was told that the order had already been picked and that as I had agreed to the terms and conditions on my new order, they could not waive the delivery fee. On returning some items, I received a rude email, devoid of a salutation or any of the usual politeness one might expect such as,"Hello" and "We're sorry we can't but..." to the point where I actually detected disdain in the tone. When I tried to speak to Dan about this I was told that he is out of the country and doesn't take calls.

It would be helpful if there were an explanation of the turnaround times on shop delivery which I note is definitely not on the website having placed another order today. Another would be to not have to log into my account to find out whether something is ready or not. I don't need to know that something is being picked, waiting for delivery to be sent somewhere else. I would like to know simply, when to expect delivery.

I am sharing this simply because I think it would make things easier for new customers who like me, might easily confuse an email saying, awaiting pickup, to mean that items are ready to be collected from the shop. I've been to the shop twice in error having misunderstood these emails. Also, the person in your shop told me that your warehouse is based somewhere in Beddington. She looked confused when I mentioned Ikea Croydon.

I like Naturally thinking products but for sure after this, I'd rather not deal with people who appear to have absolutely zero heart despite working in an industry that should be all about heart.

Superb customer service and products

I ordered at 4pm yesterday and I am sitting here at 10am with my goods - all beautifully delicious to smell, I can't wait to get home and use them. I've been using Naturallythinking products for 3 years and I love everything they make, my favourite being the face polishes. Highly recommended to anyone and very reasonable prices.
