I was trying to help my wife who has PEE with Natixis. I was looking into the performance of her investments for her retirement. Well, surprised that she lost about €4200 euros in 20 years and never been advised to change her investment.
Choice is to change the investment. (horrible web interface). Order did not succeed. Cancellation took 3 days to complete. Now I told my wife to take money out and use other Assurance Vie. Surprisingly it is not so easy. It will take another 3 days, and she continue to lose money. I am not sure it will succeed.
Why to use Natixis when they don't have good Fond, Their performance is terribly bad, their fees are excessive as compared to others, no customer service (either email or phone).
