Poor shipment speed
Poor shipment speed.
10 business days and I’ve not received the item.
3 days wasted after the order was fulfilled.
Shipped to/via Heathrow Airport over 2 days ago and Royal Mail have not received the item from Floship.
It takes less than 12 hours to walk to Heathrow from my location.
Wouldn’t use again.
An update. It’s been shipped via Daventry a 120 mile detour.
Why ship an item via Heathrow then onwards to Daventry to potentially add additional three - five day delay?
This would mean it takes around 13-15 business days to ship an item from Hong Kong to UK
Will be going on holiday without the item.

Their products are beautifully crafted and functional. I have purchased about 5 or 6 of their accessories over the years, the only one which was somewhat disappointing was the Classic case as the material showed significant wear and tear in a very short time.
