Unsolicited and incompetent direct marketing.
Beware of this company who works off of data they hoover up on Councils' websites. Under the guise of being competent advisors related to the Partywall regulation, they merely try their luck by sending unsolicited letters out to what they think and assume are neighbouring properties to properties applying for planning permission. They utilise the loophole in the GDPR law that letters posted via snail mail, isn't covered by the data protection regulation. They portrait themselves to be experts in advising both planning applicants and owners of neighbouring properties. Best advice is to ignore them as they are an absolute waste of time and only trying to drum up business from unknowing property owners by "awakening" the fear that you have overlooked something. Scamming business model.
