Do not use them they are horrible rude all they want is your money

I paid over £3200 for 22 days rental

The car they delivered had a 22 inch crack in the windscreen I phoned them and explained how much I paid and the car was unacceptable.
They said they would take the car back but would not refund a penny
Eventually 5 days later they swapped the car
The swapped car didn’t meet my needs the reason I was renting was because my personal minibus was stolen
As the car didn’t meet my needs I purchased a new minibus within a week so I didn’t need the rental anymore so I asked if we could send it back an if I could have a gesture refund
I was told no chance, I explained my situation but they wouldn’t listen but then had the cheek to phone me saying a driver was on his way to collect the car to which I said no.
On the day they collected the car I phoned to ask what time they would arrive and I was told they where not collecting today as they was too busy?
I explained I was going away for three days bank holiday and they arranged for a 1pm collection to which they replied they pick up with a 24 hour collection policy so I would have to wait for the collection or pay a fine?
The driver turned up at 1pm

I only used the car twice and today I received a diesel bill for £72 even though it only came with just below half a tank they still charged me this amount to make it worse they took it straight out of my account no discussions
They are rude and not a nice company

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. After paying in full, the company (represented by Vignesh Kharade) did not turn up on the night, citing that the driver had crashed before I had even given my details for the booking. A refund has not been given, with the company constantly changing up on me. They will be reported to vivawallet and trading standards.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. (IF YOU CAN CALL IT A COMPANY - IT DOESN'T EXIST!!) IT'S COMPLETELY FAKE. TOOK THE MONEY FOR THE COACH IN FULL. NUMBERS MYSTERIOUSLY ALL CUT OFF. VIGNESH THEN IGNORED COMMUNICATION. THEN CANCELLED 11AM THE DAY BEFORE WE NEEDED IT AT 10AM - NO REASON - WE ONLY FOUND OUT THIS DUE TO CHASING THEM ON THEIR LIVE CHAT. - NOT BEING EMAILED OR CONTACT. THENNN REFUSED TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO US TO BOOK ANOTHER COACH. SAID WE WOULD GET IT IN 5 DAYS, THEN 2 DAYS OH AND THEN BY LUNCHTIME. AS YOU IMAGINE WE NEVER GOT THE MONEY BACK. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DON'T EVEN RISK IT!!!!!!!!

I strongly advise anyone against having anything to do with this company. I booked a minibus for a family event and paid in advance. I contacted the company a few days before the event, and confirmed the booking. I was told that the driver would be allocated 48 hours before the journey, but all was in hand.
On the morning the bus was due to arrive, I made contact when the bus was 30 minutes late. The phone number of the website does not receive incoming calls, and the email goes unanswered. I went onto LiveChat and the operator promised someone would call me. They didn't. After several attempts via live chat, I did speak to someone who said the bus had broken down the day before and they had tried to call me.
I had no missed calls, and no voicemail message was left. No attempt was made to call me on the day of the booking, so all my guests were left stranded.
When I followed up this week seeking a refund and compensation, i was told to contact someone called Vignesh on 0131 618 8273. That number did not receive inoming calls either. I was eventually directed to a Mr Yasir Ali (mobile no 07896527089) who was described as the General Manager of the firm. When I spoke to him, he denied this, saying he worked for a sister company. An un-named person then called me to say that the company refused to discuss the issue of compensation.Eventually someone called Rajesh spoke to me. Although he confirmed that Yasir Ali was the GM,he has refused to answer any questions about compensation and has not responded to any of my emals or messages.Next stop is my solicitor!

avoid at all costs - the same story, last minute cancellation via text message from Vignesh. Don't pick up phone calls, don't reply and have 0 customer service experience. I bet all the good reviews here are fake, all reviews I read are the same story as mine

Very good service and im happy with them

DO NOT USE. I can’t honestly stress enough how much this company has messed us around for our friends wedding. Showed up on the wrong date and then on the date they were supposed to show up, never did, we rang and rang and found out it would be over 40 mins late. There was 12 of us who missed our friends wedding. It was awful. And when asked for a refund and the refused, we had to go through our credit card to claim it back. Unbelievable.
