Very happy with how I was greeted, he told me he recognised my car reg on his screen from the previous year before I had got to the centre… Felt very comfortable & they were happy to answer/explain any questions I might’ve had 👍

Needed four new tyres for Tesla model 3. Booked online mobile fitting tyres were much cheaper than competitors and didn’t involve me goin to garage. Technician turned up within the time window and was all done in 45 mins. Fantastic very happy.

Had to visit the centre at Burton today. Joe went above and beyond to help even though it was nearly closing time .

Visited Halford Car Centre in Kendal with tyre pressure issues without appointment. Advised that I may have a slow puncture which was found . I was advised that it was not repairable.
A new tyre was advised and fitted immediately. No fuss, no hassle just great customer service.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. They gave a personal welcome greeting me by name as soon as I entered. Did what they promised and kept me informed throughout without the need for me to chase them for info. So far job seems to have been done well. I was shown the part that had been replaced and felt they were honest in their dealings with me They also pumped the tyres and filled the wiper bottle for me. Very happy, will use again and strongly recommend.

Recent MOT identified a nail in the tyre also corrosion on disks.

No offer of fixing the apparent nail.

I had the tyre professionally inspected the following day and there was no nail and no corrosion on disks.

The corrosion was simply down to the car not being driven for 2 weeks.

First and last time at this place.

Great service, ordered my tyres for the next working day and had them fitted.

The online booking website was easy to navigate around.

The price I was charged was cheaper than I'd been previously quoted.

On arrival I was greeted by a young lad who was professional, polite and engaged in a little bit of banter about my vehicle as it was an old VW camper van.

The technicians carried out a health
check which I wasn't expecting and picked up on a minor leak and brought that to my attention, there was no high-pressure sales to try and get the work done by them. It was merely an advisory observation.

On picking up the vehicle I was dealt with by the same young lad who again was polite professional and offered additional feedback in relation to the leak that had been discovered .

The whole experience from start to finish was positive and I will most certainly be using national tyres again for any other additional work for the vehicles within my family. Well done to all involved.

My car was recovered to the Luton Branch (because I'd previously had a good experience with them) undriveable due to pot hole damage where it had to remain for 5 days until all the necessary parts were delivered. Despite the fact I hadn't forewarned them, staff were friendly, polite & helpful & nothing seemed too much trouble. Russell in particular went above & beyond, taking much of the stress out of the situation I found myself in. Thank you.

I booked an online exhaust check at National Tyres and Autocare- Isle
of Wight as I was having some problems with it. Managed to get an appointment the next morning and my exhaust was fixed by that afternoon. The contact and professionalism from the staff was 10/10 and I was so pleased with the work done and the price. Would definitely recommend this garage and will be using it again.

Ease of booking an appointment, friendly Chloe on reception, all the staff were polite and friendly, excellent service, reasonable prices. I have used this garage many times and trust all the staff - Staff turnover is negligible, says a lot about the branch and how its run.
