If you have choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

How this company is still in business is beyond me. They have had my disabled brothers car since 29 August 2025. Like all the other reviews I have read the customer service is appalling. We have been lied to, given false hope and to date my brother is still without a vehicle. Speaking to two different people one day after the other we were advised the car just need a test drive and it would be ready to collect on Friday, only to be told by another advisor on Friday that the part had not been fitted and in fact need a Vauxhall engineer to do configuration to complete the work.

Motability seriously need to consider who their insurer is and who repairs their vehicle's.

If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible company.

Terrible company.
Had to use them via Admiral insurance company.
Zero customer services, nobody calls you back.
They booked my van into three separate places and all cancelled....... took over a month for somebody else at a different company to even see the vehicle.

I was involved in a car accident on the 22nd may 2023 and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed! Absolute joke of a company, apparently they can't find a garage to fix my car, the amount of stress and worry I am currently under because of this company is unreal!

An absolutely dreadful company

An absolutely dreadful company. I have a Motability car that was passed to them from RSA Motability Insurance over a week ago for repair. Every time I call I just get told that the car is with the deployment team. Part of the policy is that I get a courtesy car while my car is being repaired, something I desperately need to get me to appointments in the meantime. Every time I call to ask about it, I get told that it will be passed to one of their colleagues and that I will get a call back the same day; that call never arrives.

What is worse, is that in one breath they tell me that the car is still with the deployment team (in my mind this means they haven't even allocated it to a local garage yet), and in the next breath they tell me that they are allocating it to a different garage.

As a result, they have left a disabled man with no courtesy car, extremely distressed as it feels like they don't even care about me. It even makes me wonder whether they have lost the car as no one will tell me what is going on.

I've had to open official complaints via RSA Insurance and Motability against them as they simply won't respond.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely awful company, avoid if you possibly can!!!

Supposedly instructed by my insurance company to repair my car. No contact for two weeks, cars now incurring storage charges. Was promised a call back last week to discuss but nothing. Utterly useless company. Clearly the absolute cheapest in the business hence why used for insurance claims. Having read other reviews on here it's obvious I'm going to be waiting months to get my car back. Absolutely shameful but I very much doubt they even come on here to read these reviews. Wasters.

All negative comments for this company

All negative comments for this company, yet the experince is showing as 2.3 out of 5. This should 1 out 5 as the company does not deliver on what it has requested by the insurer. I have not received a courtesy car and my car has not been picked up for repair, even after esculating and phoning the company on a daily basis via myself and the insurer. I have asked the insurer to move me to another repairer. The company says it is doing something during the phone call, but actually it does nothing and does not contact you back to provide an update.

Tell Your Insurance Company to Use Someone Else!

Avoid this company like the plague, they are beyond useless.

Took a record 20 phone calls on my behalf just to arrange the courtesy car that they promised and never delivered. Three times I took the morning off of work awaiting its arrival and it didn't turn up. In the end, I finally managed to get one after 12 days of taxis and trains to get about, cost me a small fortune.

A month later and my car is not done and they have the cheek to try and charge me an excess.

Absolutely pathetic service. Every time you call up they just give you lip service, no-one ever calls you back, no-one ever progresses your complaint.

Is it utter incompetence or do they just not care?

Been waiting over a month

Told by my insurance they would be in touch. Waited over a month now. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. Still waiting for my car to be repaired.

Customer service …

My insurers did instructed them to organise accident repair of my car.
On 2nd February I've been contacted by garage that been chosen by national accident and repair group to do the repair. On that day I've been told that on 8th February 2022 courtesy car will be delivered and my car take for repair. Lead to belive that all take place on agreed date I took 8th of February off from work, to complete the procedure and get replacement car. Unfortunately garage cancelled all, let know the group but no one informed me so on 8th been waiting all day. After 4 attempts unsuccessful phone calls I managed to get to talk to someone been kept for 50minutes,no one was interested to do anything, and the person just hang up the phone. So I've been left with no car,now am getting up at 4am to get 3 different buses for 2h journey one way to get to work for 8am. On Monday 14th I should go for week break with my daughters, my little girl birthday present that I paid £600 and can't cancel because its to late for refund. So I will have to rent car on my own costs for a week. I've wrote to them testerday 8th February 2022, apparently the complaint should be answered/acknowledge within 2h, until today haven't received any response from them. They are incompetent, with lack of communication and care for customers.

Terrible customer service

My car was involved in an accident on 30/11/21. The car was supposed to be repaired by National Accident Repair. I have rang them to arrange the repair and so far the customer service has been appalling - they can’t organise the repair - I really don’t know why! Today I was on hold for 23 minutes, when the call was answered I was told they have my correct address and she would put me through to someone else - after a further 10 minutes on hold the phone was put down on me. Nobody has called back or in fact returned any of my calls. I am aware that Christmas and Covid will cause delays. The insurance company dealing with the claim is equally as unhelpful. The customer service is non existent- I need communication and updates.

If you're car insurance company tells…

If you're car insurance company tells you that they appoint NARG to handle the repairs to your car after an accident, tell them not to! I recently had a claim on my car insurance via Co-op insurance (another useless bunch) handled by NARG. Firstly they gave the wrong information as to which repairer they had appointed to repair my car. The company they appointed were hopeless- despite being informed that my car was undriveable due to damage to the steering they informed me ( after many calls chasing them up) that they had had assessed the damage to the front wing of my car, and had ordered a replacement which would take a month to be delivered and when the wing was delivered they would paint and fit it and then check the steering! When I questioned why my car would be sitting for a month before they assessed the obvious damage to the steering this, I was informed that it was normal practice. Only after contacting NARG and my insurer did they concede to check the steering. When I complained to Narg regarding the way thew were overseeing the repairs, I was met with arrogance and facetious by the head of their complaints department, who has the attitude she is answerable to no-one.
She even refused to give me the name of her senior manager when I told her I wished to complain about her attitude! Be prepared to put up with indifference, lies and arrogance if you have any dealings with these cowboys.
