Great response time
Had a small issue over payroll which was sorted out seamlessly and so quickly (same day). More widely, all the tools used with Nanny Tax are clear and very user friendly. What could seem like a complex area to navigate, becomes a breeze with Nanny Tax's service.

A total liability
Got payslip wrong, didn't correct it despite being told 2 weeks in advance, then miscalculated again and decided not to pay employee, didn't tell us until after banks close on friday at end month. Disaster. Not competent. Please take heed
