Great customer support experience. The agent was polite, responsive, and clearly explained the issue regarding the VPS trial availability. Terrible service
Terrible service. They refused to cancel my subcription because I forgot my contact information. I told them and explained everything, I gave them my domain name, and still they refused to cancel my subscription. They did not help me to recover my contact info either. They really work as a scammer.

1 Star: Predatory Upsells and Dishonest Support
This company operates on dark patterns. During checkout for two domain names, you are hit with an aggressive gauntlet of add-ons. I meticulously deselected every single one, yet still found myself enrolled in an SEO "free trial" I never agreed to.
When I attempted to cancel the domains (which I could not use), I narrowly missed the cancellation window. I asked the support agent specifically how to cancel. Instead of helping me, he instructed me to disable auto-renewal and assured me I was "good to go." This was deliberate misdirection. Disabling auto-renewal does NOT stop ongoing monthly charges for "services" you didn't know existed.
Months later, I found $9.88 recurring charges for both domains. When I demanded a refund for this unauthorized service, they refused—claiming I had somehow agreed to it.
I am now filing chargebacks for every fraudulent transaction. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not use this company. Their business model depends on you not noticing you're being billed.
