It's the worst ISP I have ever seen, I am a network engineer who couldn't talk with a technical person there. I am using their service for more than two years now, because there is no service provider available at my address, I am paying for 400Mbps internet, but based on iperf results, it barely can go up to 10Mbps. Needless to mention again, I can't find a technical person there to talk with. Avoid to use their service as much as possible, trust me a mobile broadband service provider do better than this damn cable service provider.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Having experience with numerous internetproviders in different countries, Nal medienet is by far the most unprofessional, slow and irregular provider I have come across. Their customer service is a web of different departments and providers with no cross-talk in between, this leads to the slowest service I have ever experienced. Should you have any problems with the initial setup, expect at least 2 weeks before a fix is at least attempted. Overall a horrible experience, should you have an alternative provider accessible definitely go for it.

The connection at home is still very patchy. Connection drops for hours at a time
