As a loyal supplier

As a loyal supplier, company knowingly used us prior to administration. A post in the paper to say how sorry after the fact is totally a kick in the teeth! Emailed, called, chasing information regarding administrator to file debt, no contact whatsoever. Immoral. Hope as Directors you dont trade again. If you read this and you are the ADMINISTRATOR then write a review with your contact details and address so other customers owed hard earned monies can make a claim.

Wouldn't trust to change a fuse!

Completed a very dodgy repair to our oven, leaving a connector arcing which eventually tripped the fuse box when it eventually failed.
They refused to attend to rectify the issue, which we were very lucky didn't cause a fire!
Would avoid at all costs.

Very bad customer support 😣
I had a freezer and a fridge delivered today , Tuesday which I payed for on Saturday - Delivery and installation included as I (a woman) might be on my own at home.
The delivery arrived but the man won't swap the door from the fridge as it opened up the wrong side.
It's not on their papers to do - but they are happy to come back and do it today as they are still doing deliveries in my area. I should call the company as they have to have wait for instructions.
Fair enough, so I rung the company and the lady on the phone said no it's not possible that they come back today. They could come tomorrow and she will charge for the service 🥸
I took the day off work today and I said it's not possible to do it tomorrow as well. Hello !!!
I can still see the van I told the lady on the phone and the man are happy to do it, they just need your ok.
"You don't understand and don't listen " was the answer!
Pardon 😱 how rude ! And then she hung up!
What a disappointing customer service experience!!!!!

Excellent service!

I have recently had to buy both a fridge freezer and washing machine to replace broken ones!! I was very impressed with the range, cost and delivery! Sam was particularly helpful with giving me choices and suggestions!
They have both been delivered and fitted now, which was very smooth and the delivery men were very helpful!

Absolutely first class service from…

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Sam in the office was super helpful and efficient. Andy and Terry had to deliver and take away 2 enormous fridge freezers that were in the most difficult place to access. They were amazing ... what a great team ... well done NE Appliances.

Excellent service from start to finish

I emailed you a couple of weeks ago regarding the excellent customer service that I received from Adrian, one of the sales team.

So the company excellence has surpassed my expectations again when I took delivery of my long awaited and eagerly anticipated range cooker.

The two drivers, father and son team, Daffydd and Rhys were utterly brilliant. They were nothing but professional, took great care not only of the appliance but my property, wooden floors, doors etc. It wasn’t straight forward but they tackled it in a calm, professional and good humoured way and turned what could have been a total pain, into a job, that was despite its challenge, could be overcome.

I have nothing but praise not only for your company but of your excellent work force
I will not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Please could you pass this feedback to them and their manager

Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Over the last 20 years or so I've bought about five kitchen white goods from NE, from washing machine to dishwasher, my latest purchase. The entire process went extremely smoothly, something which is very rare these days. Highly recommended in every aspect

Bought a whole kitchen full of appliances for a major building project, the job over ran and NE were brilliant and stored the order for us until we were ready for it.

Local domestic Kitcehn appliance centre

Used this local company on several occasions for either washing machines or smaller items such as toasters (luckily not a wide choice) There is a charge for delivery and fitting and they also take away the old items which all reputable companies do (makes it easier and cheaper then having to either take it to a "tip" or organising for the council to collect

Staff are friendly and helpful and great

What's going wrong on the high street…

What's going wrong with high street retailers?
These are the businesses that complain about having to compete with online retailers, then order online from their supplier and ship items 3 times slower than a bona-fide online retailer.

Took the money immediately then changed the delivery day 3 times.

It's worth noting they wouldn't price match, despite their 'price match' guarantee, as the price I had found was too good and they would loose money if they matched it. Eventually we spilt the difference. I wanted to use a high street retailer, but they just want your money but offer nothing in return

Finally delivered the item, but to the incorrect location, despite advising the delivery driver which route to take and of the river and canal they would find in their path if they came the wrong way.

Delivery staff then directed the error on to me as they apparently couldn't use a Sat-Nav correctly.

You'll find better prices online. So my advice ..... shop online in the first place.
